YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any and all questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Please call or email if you desire additional photos or description.

Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your own expertise when bidding. We encourage you to ask if you seek further clarity.

PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders via email immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment may result in a suspended account with us and with the bidding platform. SHIPPING: Unless otherwise stated, items other than firearms and ammo are shipped through The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA, at buyer expense. Items will be delivered to The UPS Store within 3 business days following the auction. The UPS Store will contact you directly for delivery timing and shipping payment when your package is ready. The UPS Store professionally packages, insures, and ships your valuables. Quality packaging and shipping is sometimes expensive, especially for large, heavy and/or expensive items. We have no control over prices charged for these services. For any questions regarding items to be shipped via The UPS Store, please call 570-839-8010. An estimate of the shipping cost will be cheerfully provided at your request.

Items not picked-up or claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale.

FIREARMS: All BATF rules and regulations strictly followed.
Firearms and accessories will only be sold and shipped to the 50 states of the United States.
Proxibid online purchasers must send us their FFL licenses. They must be emailed to: rich@bidlegacy.com to start shipping process.
Firearms purchased in person or picked up locally will be transferred by Northeast Firearms, Honesdale, PA.
Local pick up / transfer of firearms will be handled by Northeast Firearms, 915 Main St. Honesdale, PA 18431.
Transfers for non-FFL is $25 for the first one, $10 for each after. Dealers are $10 per firearm.
Firearms purchased online will start to ship the week of 12/10. Be sure to get your licenses to us to help with timely shipping.
Know your local and state laws regarding purchase and possession of firearms, magazines, ammunition, and various accessories.
Firearms have not been test fired; have a qualified gunsmith inspect each firearm before firing. KNOW YOUR STATE AND LOCAL LAWS regarding certain firearms that are allowed and/or banned. It is the buyer's responsibility to know these laws before bidding.
Local pick up /transfer of firearms will be handled by Northeast Firearms, 915 Main St. Honesdale, PA 18431. Transfers for non-FFL is $25 for the first one, $10 for each after. Dealers are $10 per firearm.
Shipping charges are USPS Priority Mail label price plus $10 per handgun, or plus $20 per long gun.
If your firearm includes its original box, it may need to be shipped in a separate box. If you request any personal property won in the auction to be placed along with a firearm shipment you must let us know within 24 hours after the auction or it will be sent to the UPS Store.

Has original bluing that is thinning.
Retains vibrant Rampant Colt stamping.

Blade has speckling and spots of light rust, nothing terrible as you can see.
Has black plastic grips, the right one was painted gold at some point.
Good looking edged weapon.

Never had one of these before.
Handmade machete in bolo style.
Blade is excellent with lined detail...look how great this is.
Blade measures 16.5 inches long.
Has tortoise head pommel and wire wrapped grip.
Highly detailed leather sheath with Trinidad and date of 8-27-42 punched into it.
Sheath is in very good condition with surface and edge wear as shown.
Possibly theater made, we are unsure.
Look how incredible this is, not another like it.
A true gem.

Knights of Pythias Sword and Scabbard

Lot #353 (Sale Order 154 of 158)

Wonderfully ornate Knights of Pythias Lodge or Society sword and scabbard.
The most distinctive feature on this sword is the "Knight's Head" pommel with a lion patiently resting on the crest.
Chain acts as a knuckle-guard running from the knight's visor to a phoenix bird on the cross-guard finial.
The clamshell is on the obverse of cross-guard, it is marked U R for Uniform Ranks which was the militant version of the KoP.
Reverse of the cross-guard is usually found the letters FCB (Friendship, Charity, Benevolence).
Blade is highly detailed and is marked on the hilt CINCINNATI REGALIA CO. CINCINNATI O.
Blade length: 28 inches
Tip of sword comes out of toe of scabbard as shown.
Handle is leather wrapped with twisted wire.
Good looking pair here.

Older sword and scabbard in very good condition.
Blade marked as shown The Henderson Ames Co. Kalamazoo Mich.
Fine looking matched pair right here.
Grip shows very well with good age to it, looks great.
Knight on the pommel along with portrait of knight on the cross-guard.
Lots of detail work to the blade and scabbard.
Scabbard has very little toe drag and retains three hangers.
Washer at base of handle is loose.
Blade measures 29 inches

Scottish Highlander Officer's Sword and Scabbard

Quality recreated Highlander Regimental sword has a blade of unsharpened, tempered steel. Shows well.
Basket hilt is of steel bars and is lined with stiff vinyl and covered in red and blue plastic tape, and adorned with blue trim and a tassel. Appears to be an original tassel.
Steel scabbard with chrome finish; dual hangars.
Thick blade, no markings seen.
Very good condition, well made. No wear damage to toe.
Grip is wrapped with black leather and overlaid with twisted steel wire.
Blade measures 34-1/3 inches.

Antique Indian Talwar Sword

From old personal collection. Estimated to be 150-225 years old.
Islamic Mughal India tulwar sword has iron hilt in characteristic form comprised of a cross-guard formed with pair of quillions and terminals in form of cusped palmettes. Distinctive large saucer-shaped pommel...great look to it.
Slightly curved, single edged, sturdy and heavy blade is in very good condition as shown.
Blade measures 29 inches.
