Vibrant all over floral polychrome garment made of either silk and crepe or silk, crepe and velvet. Included is the dress, matching jacket and belt. The dress is gathered between the cups and slips over the head. The jacket has a peplum waist, closes with 5 buttons at the neck, and has fabric "ribbon" straps that are woven through each shoulder with blue painted beads that dangle at each end. The beads are yellowish under the paint and could be bakelite. The matching belt has a an oval buckle. There is metallic silver outlining many areas of the print.

Condition: Excellent. The dress has a few areas at the seams that require mending. There is some polychrome transfer, mostly on the jacket.
