On 11/15/18, the three 2018 Hot Tubs arrived at the insureds location stacked 3 high with no pallets in between the units. When an employee of the insured attempted to move hot tubs, they toppled over causing damage to the shells and covers. Claim Value: $7,780.

• Removal Instructions:
• Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
• Please call and give 24 hour notice for pickup.
• Location will assist with load out of the hot tubs but takes no responsibility of the load out if damage were to occur during removal.
