2005 Audi W12 A8 Lot #7 (Sale Order 7 of 88) 2005 Audi W12 A8
?VIN: WAUMR44E05N014136
This car is one of only 150 that came into the U.S. in 2005. miles 105,000. The interior is stunning, The exterior is in excellent shape, the tail light has been replaced. This crazy car also has a wine/ beverage refrigerator. I personally have never driven a nicer car. Here is what they were saying about it in 05. Last year in the U.S., 12-cylinder luxury sedans racked up fewer than 2000 sales. BMW’s 760Li, which sells for a cool $119,195, accounted for about 700 of them. Owing to monster muscle (493 horsepower) and its ultimate upscale image, Mercedes made tidy profits on more than 900 S600s, which start at $126,620. That VW/Audi will add two players (the $120,000 Audi A8L 6.0 Quattro shown here and the $95,000 VW Phaeton W-12) to this tiny niche-where they will compete with each other-can only be attributed to the mystifying ambitions of former VW major-domo Ferdinand Piëch Specifications VEHICLE TYPE: front-engine, 4-wheel-drive, 4- or 5-passenger, 4-door sedan ESTIMATED BASE PRICE: $120,000 ENGINE TYPE: DOHC 48-valve W-12, aluminum block and heads, port fuel injection Displacement: 366 cu in, 5998cc Power (SAE net): 444 bhp @ 6200 rpm Torque (SAE net): 428 lb-ft @ 4700 rpm TRANSMISSIONS: 6-speed automatic. 1986 Pontiac Grand Prix 2+2 Lot #11 (Sale Order 11 of 88) 1986 Pontiac Grand Prix 2+2
In the 1980s, GM was growing tired of conceding high-speed oval races to the aerodynamically superior Ford Thunderbird. In response, both Chevrolet and Pontiac went back to the drawing board, independently, to produce a G-body coupe with improved high-speed stability. On the Pontiac side of the business, the result was the 1986 Grand Prix 2+2.
Only 1,225 of the Grand Prix 2+2 were built, and production was limited to the 1986 model year only. This body style was run in NASCAR Winston Cup competition in that year. The car’s big dividends came in high-speed stability. The massive rear glass used on the 2+2, which sloped down to meet the oversize spoiler on the trunk lid, changed the car’s aerodynamic profile dramatically, eliminating rear lift at high speeds. The sloping nose and front fenders also changed the way the 2+2 sliced through the air and helped make GM more competitive on NASCAR’s high speed ovals.
The car presented at auction features a 305 V8 engine and automatic transmission. The car has been very well cared for and has been subjected to all scheduled maintenance, it has always been garaged and many records are available. The interior shows very well and the car looks & drives great. The Odometer displays 139K miles, but you'll only know by reading the dash as the car is in very good original condition.

VIN: 1G2AW87S9DL220366
Through family Pontiac dealership connections, Daniel Mecham of Mecham Racing secured a program of delivery of factory 1982 and 1983 Trans Ams to their Arizona Facility, where significant performance and appearance upgrades were installed. These limited production models were then marketed successfully across the country.
The 1983 Mecham Racing MSE Trans Am presented at auction is a true Limited Edition collector car built by MR from a Pontiac Trans Am. This is an authentic high performance option, called “ Motor Sports Edition”. In 1983 Mecham Racing made only 150 MSE TA’s and this is #65. The odometer shows less than 68,000 miles which are believed to be original, but not confirmed. The car was subjected to a high-end repaint to original Meacham specifications. Inside and out the car shows very well.
This car was built for performance and handling, it has a 305 V8 with Cross Fire Ignition with twin carbs and working Ram Air (part of the MSE option). The MSE was equipped with a “Talon” suspension system, featuring Koni struts which tightened up the car and lowered it 1”, droop limit straps, 4 wheel disc brakes and a posi-trac rear end with 3.23:1 gears rounded out the MSE package. These drive train upgrades were designed to allow this machine to handle at speeds in excess of 160mph.
Each MSE was personalized with a Mecham Racing console plaque that bears the car’s serial number. Additionally, Each MSE (aka Macho 5.0) was outfitted with an MR 170mph speedometer, MR Tachometer, MR leather steering wheel, MR Alloy wheels, MR ground effects including the nose/air dam and a custom tail fin and the MR “War Paint” two tone paint. Other factory options on this car include gray interior, T-tops with trunk mounted storage bags, rear hatch privacy pull-down, A/C, Tilt wheel, cruise control, power windows/door locks/steering/mirrors/rear hatch and a surround sound cassette stereo system.

1920 Willys-Overland Touring Car Lot #31 (Sale Order 33 of 88) 1920 Willys-Overland Touring Car
Founded in 1903, the Overland Automobile Company was an early pioneer in the development and manufacture of American motor cars. In 1908, Overland was acquired by John North Willys and renamed Willys-Overland in 1912. By 1915, Willys-Overland was 2nd in U.S. car production right behind Ford. The 1920 models were known for their rugged durability due to their all-steel body and the ride was enhanced by the patented Triplex front suspension. The L-head 4 Cylinder power unit which developed 27 hp was, in fact, the direct ancestor of the notable Jeep engine, produced 21 years later. While the Overland namesake was dropped in 1926, the name was revived in 2002 and applied to the high end Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland.
The 1920 Willys-Overland presented at auction is a very fine restored example. Having resided in the dry climate of Wyoming for most of its existence, this car had a solid beginning in its restoration. The 4 Cylinder L-head engine runs smooth and the engine compartment is worthy of review. While the original engine crank is present, the car is equipped with factory electric start. The undercarriage is restored to original retaining the patented front suspension and mechanical braking system producing consistent stopping on command.
The body is smooth and the black paint presents very well. The top is brand new as are the side curtains that fit extremely well. The vinyl windows are crystal clear and provides great visibility. The interior upholstery looks great with the seats and the door trim new when restored. The wood wheels appear original to the car and the spokes are tight. The timeless appeal of the car is capped off by the Overland hubcaps!
This car is ready to cruise and enjoy with the same fervor it was originally used for nearly 100 years ago!!

1947 Buick Super Series 60 Lot #45 (Sale Order 49 of 88) 1947 Buick Super Series 60
– 34K Original Mile Car
– Original Interior Upholstery, Carpet and Glass
– Re-paint in Original Lacquer
– Overhauled Engine
In 1946, following the completion of World War II and the war manufacturing effort, Detroit went back to the business of building cars to meet the pent-up demand of the American people. The 1947 Buick continued the pre-war styling that featured wider and lower bodies, “Airfoil” front fenders that flowed into the lines of the rear fenders, and a new stamped grille that had separate upper bar and new emblem that maintained that strong, imposing stance. This body style could easily accommodate 6 passengers riding in comfort. Combining big Roadmaster room with an economical Special engine made the Super an American favorite in 1947.
The car presented at auction is a highly original example showing pride of ownership from it’s three owners. Bought new in Denver, the car made it’s way to Miles City, Montana where it benefited from a climate favorable to cars. Following purchase from an estate over 30 years ago, the 2nd owner subjected the car to a re-paint in the original Lacquer finish and undertook an overhaul of the original 248 Inline 8 engine. During the overhaul, the engine benefitted from a few upgrades to include inserts for bearings, crank from a 1949 Buick, and application of a NOS carburetor. The interior maintains its originality that is very well preserved. From the original steering wheel to the working radio, pride of ownership shows throughout. Also, as a testament to the originallity and completeness of this car, all cigarette lighters, front and rear, are present. And while the paint exhibits some cracking in places consistent with the medium, this car presents very well!
Current ownership exceeds 16 years and the car is maintained in a climate controlled garage. This beautiful car is a pleasure to drive and will sail down the road on the wide white wall tires. The quality of the original build from the factory is evident in the solid opening and closing of the doors, trunk and hood as well as the original glass that shows no delamination. The odometer shows 34,235 miles and the condition of the car is evident.

1950 Dodge B2C Pickup Truck Lot #52 (Sale Order 58 of 88) 1950 Dodge B2C Pickup Truck
VIN: 83347402
– Original Lewistown, MT Truck
– Three owner truck
– Recent Repaint to Original Color Combination
– 5 Window “Pilot House” Cab
– Original Oak Bed
– Everything Works and the Truck Drives Great
– Optional Rear Bumper and Oil Bath Air Filter
Presented at Auction is a very unique 1950 Dodge ¾ ton pickup (Model B2C). the current owner acquired the truck in 2000 and is the third owner. The truck was sold new in Lewistown MT and used and driven primarily on ranches. When acquired in 2000 The Dodge displayed 48,000 miles and, after almost twenty years, it now has 53,000 miles.
The truck is currently driven during the summer and stored in the winter so it is solid, rust-free example. Everything on the truck works (even the vacuum windshield wipers and turn signals!) The few times the truck has required work, NOS/OEM parts were used. The truck is routinely driven to the nearest towns (Roundup and Billings), which are 30 miles and 65 miles away respectively. The truck will cruise all day between 50 mph and 55 mph though it will go faster without much extra effort.
The Dodge was recently repainted to its original colors (a “Dodge truck blue” cab and black pickup bed) and did some minor body work was preformed. The oak boards in the bed are original and, were removed and repaired by a local woodworker. The bed is 8’ long and has the high sideboard option. Other options include a 5 window cab, an OEM rear bumper, a 4 speed transmission with a floor shifter, a heavy duty cartridge-type oil filter, an oil bath air filter and an ashtray. An original Dodge radio, though never installed, is included with the truck. The radio was reported as refurbished and working but this was never verified.
These trucks are very rare, having been outsold by Ford, Chevy and GMC back in the day. This truck could easily be brought up to show quality, but is currently driver quality. The current owner is a stickler for “original,” so there is nothing on the truck that is unoriginal, “cheap” or “makeshift.” Best of all, there is something dignified about the truck as it turns heads where ever it goes. Dodge trucks in the condition of this one are very hard if not impossible to find.

1959 Ford Fairlane 500 Skyliner Lot #58 (Sale Order 64 of 88) 1959 Ford Fairlane 500 Skyliner
VIN: B9EW103593
The 1959 Ford Fairlane Skyliner, also known as the "Retractable", was produced from 1957 to 1959. The Ford Skyliner Retractable was a two-door full-size car that was only the second car in history to be series produced with a retractable hardtop and the first car produced to feature a roof composed of more than one segment. Additionally, the trunk-lid also consisted of two pieces and both the folding roof and trunk-lid are power operated through an exceptionally complex electrical system.
The car presented at auction was acquired out of Lewistown, MT many years ago. In 1998, this Fairlane was placed on loan to the Powell County Auto Museum in Deer Lodge, MT. When the owner passed away in 1999, his son acquired the car and continued displaying it at the Museum. In September 2017, the car was brought to Billings and put back in running condition. This included having the generator rebuilt, the radiator rebuilt, installation of a new water pump, new ram cylinder and new wiring and hoses where needed.
HIstory on the car is limited. The owner recollects his father having the car painted at some point, but does not know of any mechanical work performed. The car displays typical fluid leaks associated with long-term storage, but the car runs and drives and the retractable hardtop runs through the full cycle both up and down.
This is your chance to own a highly collectible Ford hardtop convertible. It is a perfect candidate for a concours level restoration or enjoy the car in its current original condition.

VIN: 124377L162556
– Long term ownership since the 1980s
– Older Restoration with all GM Original Parts
– Built-up 283 Bored .060 Over with Roller Rockers
– Only 5,000 Miles Since Restoration
The present owner has owned the car since he was 14 years old having earned the money to purchase the car while working at Burger King. The restoration work began shortly after acquisition, again through money earned a little at a time while in school. Following graduation from high school, the owner joined the Army and was able to send larger payments toward the restoration which was completed in September of 1992.
During the restoration, only GM Original parts were used. From body panel replacement to door skins, hood and trunk lid, the fit and finish is very good. The Billings, MT shop completing the restoration excels in Camaros and still turns out excellent work today. The fit and finish still present well today. With the original 327 engine beyond repair, a GM 283 was rebuilt and enhanced including roller rockers, bored .060 over and more. It definitely outperforms the original 327! The interior is all original to the car, save the drivers seat upholstery. It was replaced with period correct seat covers and fits the car.
Following completion of the restoration on the 67 Camaro RS, the car was parked for 15+ years. It recently emerged from its indoor resting place, the fuel system and brakes were serviced and the car is road-worthy once more! This true 67 Camaro RS runs and drives well. The car has lots of documentation with supports the restoration and history of the car.

Ford Racing performance mufflers and an X-pipe, replacing the standard H-shaped crossover, complete the powertrain modifications. Ford reports the package at 319 horses and 330 pound-feet of torque.
For driving excitement new struts and shocks are installed, which reduce the ride height about an inch and a half. Stiffer anti-roll bars improve body control and make for flatter cornering. And a race-inspired twin-tube strut tower base increases chassis rigidity in the engine bay and sharpens up steering response. Finally, the entire rear-end is swapped for a new unit carrying a 3.55:1 diff ratio.

1990 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible Lot #77 (Sale Order 82 of 88) 1990 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible
- Long Term Ownership since 1995
- 150K Well Cared For Miles
The Saab family of cars were known for their unique engineering and contained a number of unusual design features that distinguish it from most other cars. For example, the engine was installed "backwards", with power delivered from the crank at the front of the car. Suspension was a double wishbone front suspension and beam-axle rear suspension. Saab also utilized a deeply curved front windsheild, providing the best driver visibility while calling attention to the marque's aircraft legacy. Also underscoring their aircraft lineage, the 900's dashboard was curved to enable easy reach of all controls and featured gauges lit up from the front. Saab engineers placed all controls and gauges in the dashboard according to their frequency of use and/or importance so that the driver need only divert his gaze from the road for the shortest possible time and by the smallest angle.
The Saab presented at auction is coming from long-term ownership and presents well inside and out. The car was well cared for and is in very good original condition.
