This is just one box, not the entire home. The box contains the Kitchen, DR, Master Bedroom/bath/closet, and Bedroom 2. Note from the seller: "It is 1 box of a 2 box house, built to the Michigan residential code, based on the IRC. The box is 14' wide. It has a 16" eave overhang that we flip up for transportation, allowing us to use a 14' permit with one escort in the states in which we do business. If the overhang is left down, they will need a 16' permit. Our carriers are 30" high, which give us a loaded height of 13' 6", so we do not need an over-height permit." No storage fees apply.
