This is a brand new Fiberglass Reproduction of a Salt Water Red Snapper. This is not one of those cheap hollow body mounts split down the middle. The fish has excellent detail and is in mint condition with well above average quality taxidermy and is ready for display. The Red Snapper measures 32 1/4 inches long from tip of the nose to the end of tail and the mount has a good hanger attached.

The Axis Deer is native to India and this professionally cleaned skull came from a very large Buck. The main beams measure 29 1/2 x 29 inches long and as you can see from pictures the other four points are much longer than average. These is a Gold Medal Record Book Trophy. All of the teetn are present and this Skull is in mint condition.

African Chobe Bushbuck shoulder mount

This is a mature male Chobe Bushbuck harvested in Zimbabwe. He has a little better than average size horns. The taxidermy quality is very good and the mount is clean, smoke free, and in good condition. Their are a few natural battle scars from life in the Bushvield and some epidermal loss on the backside of the neck but this is common for this species as the hair on the backside is light and spare. This mount is over 20 years old but in good shape and still very lifelike and attractive. The Bushbuck is a beautiful and fine sporting animal.

I'll bet some fisherman had quite a battle catching this Big Boy. At 43 inches long and with a 27 1/2 inch mid - Belly girth this King Salmon must have weighed between 40 and 45 lbs. This is a whole fish and not one of those cheap split inb half mounts. The head is made of fiberglass and from the Gills back is real skin. Often large Trout as well as Salmon have the real heads replaced because they leak grease sometimes for years which leads to paint running and flaking off. This Alaskan King Salmon will look fantastic in any home, office, lake house, fishing lodge, seafood restaurants, bar, cabin, etc.

The Cobia or Ling as we call it on the Gulf Coast of Texas is a deep water fish that likes to swim under floating debris near the water surface. If you are 30 to 60 miles offshore fishing they can be found near oil rigs or a good size piece of floating driftwood. They are great fighters and make excellent table fare. I have seen people fighting these sport fish for 30 minutes. This is an excellent quality mount in mint-like condition with a good hanger.

This is a nice full curl and full shoulder mount Dall Ram from Alaska. The mount has very good taxidermy and is clean and smoke free. This mount is not slipping hair and the hair is not brittle and breaking off at the ends. Overall this mount is in very good condition. The Rams horns measure 36 6/8" x 35 5/8" inches around the curls. The horns bases are 13" x 13 1/8" inches around. A bullet hit towards the edge of the Rams left horn near the bottom of the curl and made a small hole. It was nicely repaired and does not show unless you get very close looking for it. This is a good clean mount of a mature Ram and it will look fantastic in any home, office, hunting lodge, lake house, lodge homes, cabin, bar, etc.

The Boar is clean, smoke free, and in excellent condition. This is a mature and medium size Razorback. This is a skull from an average size Bull Cape Buffalo. It measures 36" inches wide on the outside spread and the bosses are 12 x 11 1/2 inches across. This Bull had quite a bit of soften Keratin Horn material boiled between the horns which would have eventually turned into hard horn as he grew older. Although the spread and bosses on this skull are just average, that is more than made up by the very nice curls. This skull will make a fantastic decoration.

Vietnamese Wild Water Buffalo Skull

My good friend and his pals got hungry and while flying a Huey in South Vietnam during the War they scared this Wild, " not tame" Water Buffalo out of the jungle and into the open. They also decided to get a little machine gun practice and the Big Buff provided a target as well as a change in Camp diet for some time. My buddy collected horns and brought this back to us here in Texas. Feral Water Buffalos can be extremely dangerous when cornered at close quarters. War is Hell on everyone including sometimes the Wildlife but we know for sure this one was put to good use.

Very Rare! World Record Kenyan Eastern Moountain Bongo Horns on Panel

Africas most coveted trophy and most likely the World. Very, very, very few people have one. Only 10 listed in Safari Club Records. We have estimated these horns are 100 years old or more. The Kenya Mountain Bongo is undoubtedly the most difficult to hunt trophy in Africa to obtain by Sporting means. Not only is it shy, wary, and elusive as its Western relative in Central Africa, but the hunting conditions in the wet, steep, and cold habitat are far more demanding. Such was the difficulty in bagging one that they were pursued by dog packs and at one time shooting a male, female, or juvenile was considered a good trophy. All this is academic at present , as Kenya has been closed to hunting since 1977. Old Eastern Bongo Bulls like this one were dark brown in color unlike the orange colored Western type.
The Kenyan Bongo occurs in Mountain forests and bamboo thickets between 7,000 to 10,000 feet on Mt. Kenya, The Aberdare Mountain Range, the Mau forest, and the Cherangari Hills. Cow with spiraling horns, giant ears, and stripes like a Zebra may seem an easy target; because of the foliage many hunters have crawled on hands and knees to get only close to see part of one at 15 feet. Of course you are accompanied by poisonous snakes, spiders, and other creepy crawling things and a wounded Bongo may kill you. One other thing about Bongo hunting is the travel to the area they live takes forever and Western Bongo hunts will run 45 to 60,000.00 and that price does not get it home or mounted if you are lucky enough to have success. These horns measure 35 1/8 x 34 6/8 inches long and bases are 10 2/8 x 10 2/8 inches around for a score of 90 3/8 which places it in a tie for the World Record Record! This is a true collections item and outstanding World Class Trophy.

The Addax like the Dama Gazelle, and Scimitar Horned Oyrx were all natives to Chad and three of the most beautiful animals in the world. About 35 to 40 years ago, when these three animals were down to a few hundred and rapidly declining because of several reasons; Texas Ranchers imported a few and now we have thousands here in Texas. From near extinction to flourishing is quite a wonderful story and because of the Exotic Animal Game Ranchers which we owe a huge thank you. The Addax horns we have here are big and near Record Class and came from a big mature Bull. A small piece of the nose tip is missing and a minor repair was done to keep that part intact.

Gold Medal Record Reeve's Muntjac Complete Skull

The Muntjac here was recorded in the Record Books by a collector as a pick up and not one that was hunted. The score was 61.3 and this skull is the best we have ever seen and is in mint condition. Unfortunately this great trophy was a road fatality, but somehow the skull , teeth, and horns were left intact. The Muntjac family is from the Orient and their canine teeth are unusually long, curved, and pointed. We think the antlers are cool because they grow on top of a pedestal of skull bone with a fish hook shape. These are a type of marsh and swampland kind of Deer and this one is a trophy.

Rare! Dwarf Forest Buffalo Cow Skull

This type of animal is hard to find alive or dead. They live in a small herds in the dense high Coastal Rain Forest of West Africa. They are the smallest and most lightly built of the African Buffalo family. Safaris in this animals range are difficult to arrange and not for the weak of heart. These animals are reddish or light tan in color but the older bulls may be dark brown. Because of the difficulty in obtaining a trophy, most are shoulder mounted and skulls are hard to find; especially a big female such as this one. The C.A.R., Cameroon, Liberia, Ivory Coast, and Gabon have this species of Buffalo.

This majestic Pronghorn was harvested in West Texas a few years ago. September 21, 2005. The taxidermy The taxidermy quality is excellent and the hair and tanning are very good. This mount is clean and smoke free. An unusual thing about this Prairie Goat is a bunch of small points growing out of both main beams. On the right horn 1 2/8", 1", 6/8", and 5/8". On the left Horn these little sticker points measure 1 1/8", 5/8", 5/8", and 3/8, of an inch long. Another interesting thing about this Pronghorn was that his Horns were only 15 3/8" x 15 2/8" inches long but has circumference measurements were fantastic ranging from 5 7/8" x 7 1/8". The Prongs are 5 1/8" x 5 3/8" and he gross scores 85. He had only 1 inch of deductions for an 84 net score. This mount will make an awesome decoration in any home, office, hunting lodge, lake house, lodge homes, cabin, bar, etc.

This is a brand new 36 1/4 inch fiberglass Reproduction Redfish. This is a whole fish and not a 1/2 hollowed out cheap type. This Bull Red has open gills, both eyes, and all of its fins. The fish has a tonque and a good quality mount mate hanger which keeps the fish off the wall an inch or two gives him a cool swimming look. This fish has a 20 inches mid- Belly girth. The taxidermy here is excellent and the mount is in mint condition. The buyer will be well pleased with this Redfish.

This monster Impala Ram was taken in Masailand , Northern Tanzania in July of 1974. The horns are 31 7/8 x 31 6/8 inches long with 6 2/8 x 6 1/8 inches bases for a score of 76. He is the current # 6 All Time SCI Records. The mount is surprisingly still very structurally strong. The tanning was well done and this Impala had very good taxidermy done to it at the time of its mounting. We have cleaned, touched up, and re-airbrushed a few places to renew its appearance. Overall its in good condition and has a regal appearance. It is truly one of the worlds greatest Big Game Trophies.

At last time we checked ; 6 years ago their was only two herds fo these magnificent Antelopes living along the Banks of the Tana River in Kenya. Their was a total of a little more than 600. Hopefully this number has grown the past 6 years. We have kept this trophy dear to our hearts as we know Kenya is closed to hunting and the Hirola will probably never be hunted again. This trophy is the largest in the Safari Club International of Big Game. We do not know if this particular Bull fell to a hunter or not. It has been entered in the Books as a pick up. The date on the mount was 7/01/1969 which would have been the right time of year for a Safari in the part of Africa. The taxidermist did a fantastic job as this mount looks alive and also as if it was mounted just yesterday. It will last forever if properly look after. You are seeing some of the greatest Trophy's that ever came out of Africa in this collection.

This rack came off a big Muley from Wyoming harvested back in 1957. The antlers were removed from an old and beat up shoulder mount. The rack is a 6 x 8 14 pointer. It does not any rodent chews, stain, cracks, or repairs. We don't know why the skull plate is green but it is firm and solid. If not for a broken tip on the right A. G-4 and three sticker point deductions this Muley would probably made Book as a typical. The G-4 tip was broke off by the Deer probably from sparring. These antlers are very worthy of being mounted on a head or at least a plaque.

107 yr. old (Boone & Crockett ) Michigan Whitetail Deer Skull

This Big 11 point Whitetail was harvested in the Upper Peninsula of Northern Michigan near a tiny town call Quinn in the fall of 1912. The Deer was mounted with a 2 x 4 up the neck into the back of the skull and wrapped with jewelers grade excelsior and cotton string. Arsenic was used in those days and glass doll eyes. Anyway, this Buck has been measured several times between 171 1/8 and 172 5/8 net typical and 184 5/8 and 185 7/8 gross very carefully, so their is no doubt that this is still an All Time Book Typical. Score sheet can be provided and this great Deer should be mounted again.

Historical 1932 Minnesota Monster Whitetail Buck Antlers on Plaque

The old metal tag from the MN. game and fish dept. is still uncut on this set of antlers. We know he was first mounted in Dawson MN by Perseke Taxidermy. The I guess after the original mount aged, the rack was placed on a plaque by High Plains Taxidermy out of Laramie Wyoming in 1972. The Big Buck had a crack in one of the Non-typical points that was filled in nicely. The Buck was a 9 x 10 nineteen pointer that grossed 197 6/8. He net 191 2/8 just missing the All Time Records by 3 6/8 inches. Of course he easily would make any Awards Book and a Gold Medal in SCI. Old Mossy Back Bucks like this one are the stuff dreams are made for serious Deer hunters. Bringing Home a Buck like this one in the Winter of 1932 was probably something very special.

Thi great non-typical Buck was the first Deer that was hunted on a Deer Hunting Preserve that had just opened up about 10 years ago in South Texas. The ranch owners son was a Bow Hunter and decided to take the first hunt of the trophy's his father had been raising. Unfortunately this Buck was wounded and the hunters lost the blood trail in the thick South Texas Brush. A year and a half later the great Buck was found. Just the skeleton remained and the rack had a few weather cracks and a couple of rodent chew marks on a couple of antler tips. The rack was professionally restored and the Deer mounted on a new cape. His main beams cross way over the top of his head and this rack is as tall as they come. The curly non -typical point go in every direction and we think this is one of the most eye catching Non-typicals that we have seen. The Buck was never scored but we think he will gross about 230 give or take 5 inches. The Buck is a 13 x 17 - 30 pointer with very nice taxidermy.

This Pronghorn was harvested in Arizona back in the 1990's by Joe Formara. He was just scored by an Official measurer at 83 3/8 gross and 83 net. Over 20 years ago he probably score a little over 84. The horns shrink after boiling and then a little more over time. The mount is clean and in excellent condition. The taxidermy quality is very good.

The Mongalla Gazelle is native to the Sudan. The Sudan closed to hunting around 1985. This is a Record Class make ranking number 25 in the Records. The Mongalla Gazelle is very similar but slightly smaller than the Thompson's Gazelle. The horn tips also turn inward slightly.

This is a 32 x 23 pair of Sheds from a Whitetail Farm or Deer Preserve out of Ohio. The Amish there seem to be the very best at raising Monster sized Whitetails. One guy scored these at 393 gross and we think another at 411. We have not had time to score them but we will say 390 to 412 gross. The 55 points are at least 1 inch and these Sheds are thick and heavy. We cannot find any stain, cracks, broken points or damage of any kind.

This fantastic Ram was harvested by Bert Klineburger in Mongolia, 1989. These Rams live at very high elevations in the Altai Mountains and are the largest of all the Worlds Wild Sheep. Hunts cost usually $ 40,000 to 65,000.00 depending on whom you book with and where and how you choose to hunt. This Rams horns measure 48 2/8 x 47 4/8 around the curls with massive 18 2/8 x 18 3/8 inches bases. The mount is in good shape for its age.

The last one in captivity died in 1935. The last one taken in the Wild was thought to be 1879. Most of them disappeared in the Wilds of Thailand around the 1850's. These are matching Sheds that were mounted on a true European style plaque sometime after the turn of the century. This Deer was just a little smaller than the Red Deer. Its sad and very unfortunate that the world lost this beautiful animal. Conservation efforts were start too late.

This Sambar from India which is the largest type measures 208 3/8 and was harvested by Col. Charles Askins beating the old number one by 2 1/8 inches which was Dr. Carlo Caldesis Sambar from Madhya Pradesh in Jan. of 1962. Askins took this one in Nagpur in 1956 and remarkably in the same year Col. Askins also shot the World Record Idochinese Sambar in Vietnam. Both of these are currently being entered in the Safari Club Records. The mount here is old but in very good condition for 63 year old.

Extremely Rare! World Record Red Goral Skull **Texas Residents Only!!**

This skull was removed from a very old deteriorating head mount. Inside the old mount the taxidermist had used newspaper for filler. The newspapers were dated 1866 and 1867. The Red Goral was identified by the mount which came from Asia. Proper time and place along with photos etc., we have the only Red Goral that we know of at least in this area. He scores 18 0/8 and is a large horned mature male. The skull is in fantastic condition for one that is 153 years old.
