In April 2019, a fire occurred at a restaurant in Amarillo Texas. The fire wasn’t in the kitchen but in the front of the store. The equipment in the kitchen was damaged by smoke soot. Recommendations for the assets to be a total loss came from a local restaurant equipment repair company. The fire in the restaurant was put out rather quickly and the equipment was relocated. Removal available M-F 8am to 5pm with 24 hour notice.
