The small notebook measures 3" x 5" details the biographical information of the members of the squadron including their name, rank, nickname, home town, date joined, when they left or if they had been killed, college attended and the number of raids they had flown in. Excellent penmanship that is quite easy to read. There are seventy-six men mentioned in this account.

Rare Early Steel Plated Bullet Proof Vest Dunrite DunRite? Lot #401 (Sale Order 412 of 514) Made to look like a wool dress suit vest with thin strips of metal, presumably steel, sewn into panels. The plates are approximately 1 1/2" wide and 9" long, one of the buttons has come loose but is included with the vest, another button snap cover is missing from the shoulder, two elastic bands are included. Possibly 1920's or 30's. There are no labels inside but this matches the Dun Rite models in every way.

Pixler US Air Service Letters ID Photos etc Lot #434 (Sale Order 445 of 514) Great grouping that includes an AEF ID, pilot qualification record for WWII showing that he flew B-17's and numerous other aircraft, Leather case with set of Sterling pilots wings that measure 3" wide, Sterling Air transport mini-wings, belt bukle marked Hickok 1/20 10K gold filled, letter to and from his wife, a diary with information starting August 26 1917 arriving at Georgia Technology Institute aviation school and continues through to October 6, 1918. Toward the end of the book, there are lists of names and addresses that are likely of men that he served with, also notes concerning his estate dated 1961. Military records, 1935 pilots license, photographs and numerous pages from a photo album with many pictures of him including some great squadron photos as well as 101 loose photos and real photo postcards as seen in the photos.
