Originally made in Milford, CT, his firearms are well known to have some of the tightest tolerances and precision machining around. Although the tradition continues today, its hard to compare them to Milford made seecamps. DAO and designed to fire .32 hollow points. Stainless steel construction. Magazine is correct wood base type however it is a different serial. Stampings are strong, Straw color is strong. 4" 9mm barrel. Imperial stamped on right side *C&R Eligible Condition: Antique Excellent. Bluing is 95% with only some muzzle wear, wear at the stock lug, and front sight. Fine scratches around. zig zag shaped scratch above right grip. Grips are chip and crack free with very sharp checkering.

Developed in the 1970's as a more humane and safe way to harvest seal pelts in Canada. Condition is Near Excellent with one small area of light finish discoloration on the breech, and a few small dings to the stock. 1914 Colt 1911 WWI w/ Provenance

Beautifully preserved Colt 1911 appears to be 100% all original, matching with correct markings and stamps! Owned and carried by Chaplain F.M. Cutler of the 55th Artillery Mass Guard and then during WWI in the American Expeditionary Forces, France 1918. Gov Issued by Springfield Armory in the traditional 5" barrel appropriately marked "P" and "H" on the top side. "D" on link pin post. Slide has appropriate 2 line patent and address, extremely sharp rampant pony logo. "H" below hammer and "2" behind firing pin retainer as well as other stampings. Frame in addition to typical US Property mark and serial, it is stamped with "CHAP. F. M. CUTLER" / "1 MASS." looks to have been done post issuance, possibly at Springfield Armory. Hammer, Safety, Slide release and grip safety are correct and matching. Below slide marked "H" "V" "G" "7". Inspector marked cartouche "GHS" for Col. Gilbert H. Stewart... one of the last inspector marks on US firearms prior to the "flaming bomb" used post 1918. Double diamond checkered grips. Includes letter from the family, Colt archive letter, Book written by Chaplain Cutler, Orig type holster, box of period correct ammo, and a total of 3 matching two tone colt magazines with pouches. Condition: Excellent! Easily rates 95%. Original bluing intact with slight holster ware and ever slightest amount of oxidation on slide where contacted holster. Walnut grips are excellent with one slight nick/impression mark. Bore and chamber are excellent with sharp rifling. The barrel bluing hardly a has any wear. Action and functions like new. Antique, 1st Generation Colt Single Action Army Six Shot Revolver chambered for .45 Long Colt. 4.75" barrel with Two-Line Address on top and 45 COLT on side. Two-Line address on frame. Fitted with Custom Chased Native American Sterling Silver Grips (Likely Navajo Indian). Accompanied by a Colt Archive letter as Shipped to Griffith & Semple October 15th 1892, with a 7.5" barrel. Condition: Matching Serial Numbers on Frame, Trigger Guard, and Strap. Front sight repaired or replaced, Little finish remaining, with developing dark grey patina, areas of surface rust and some light pitting. Cylinder has seen heavy use and wear, barrel shows muzzle wear and dings. Bore is serviceable but worn, action is goof to very good, likely some internal parts, and possibly some screws replaced. The Serial Number and features of the gun are outlined in the letter. The letter is hand signed. Features: 6" Ribbed Barrel with a Serrated tapered top rib. Pinned Partridge Front Sight, adjustable rear sight. Case Colored Checkered hammer and Serrated trigger. Five-Screw, Pinned Barrel and Recessed Cylinder. Serial Number K prefix 62626 (nice radar serial number) can be found on the butt, the barrel, the cylinder and the back of the star extractor. Frame and Yoke are marked: 8 3 68239. Smooth Rosewood Grips with Smith and Wesson Medallion. Condition is excellent. The original high polish blue rates 96%+ with slight muzzle wear, and a little thinning on high points of the cylinder. There is a light turn line. There is a faint contact mark right side of frame on the cover. The grips are smooth, clean and original. The function is excellent. Bore and cylinders are clean and shiny. General Curtis Lemay was a general in the United States Air Force, and the vice-presidential running mate of American Independent Party candidate George Wallace in the 1968 presidential election. Bergmann MP 18 SMG Registered DEWAT

Considered the worlds first practical production Sub Machine gun. The MP-18 was developed by a special team of technicians intended on developing a new full auto weapon for trench warfare. Used very late WWI, it proved to be very effective. This example was a post WWI Bergmann with a Haenel/Schmeisser conversion to the better suited 20 round box mags (and also the future 32rd MP38/MP40 mags). It also features a manual safety just behind the mag well. The magwell is marked "S.P.D" as well as having numerous Wiemar republic proof marks all around. Typically these SMG were used by police or other govt agencies until future versions (MP28,MP34 etc.) replaced them in WWII. When this gun made its way to the US sometime after WWII, it was registered with the NFA branch as a DEWAT (Deactivated War Trophy) and then again during the 1968 amnesty period. With that said, this is a dully licensed NFA weapon, currently free of tax to transfer to any individual via ATF Form 5. However, it can be legally REWATed (reactivated) to a fully transferable Machine Gun by either a ATF Form 1 or Form 2. Condition: Excellent as a DEWAT. The barrel at the breech is welded shut, receiver is welded to the barrel, and the bolt face has been ground down. With that said, it appears to be a parts matching gun via all of the serial number proofs. Bolt and action function freely and well. Stock has heavily field use. This is an extremely rare rifle seeing very limited production between 2003 and 2004 that combines the M16 type bolt and the reliability of the AK47 rifle style gas-piston with a fully adjustable gas regulator similar to the FN-FAL rifle. The M96 is a modular design allowing for changes in configuration such as caliber and barrel length. This rifle features an adjustable post front sight and flip-up peep rear sight and allows for the addition of an 11 inch Picatinny rail to the top of the receiver which is absent from this example. This has a muzzle brake, hand adjustable gas system, STANAG magazine well, ribbed forearm and smooth pistol grip stock. Gun is extremely fresh. It appears to be a Winchester that was factory rebuilt in the US. Only rebuild marks are the "P" in front of the pistol grip and on barrel. Left side of stock is stamped "W.R.A / G.H.D" followed by the crossed canons. In the slingwell is a "flaming bomb" and a "W" stamp. A "W" stamp is also found on the barrel and rear receiver lug. Looks like it was entirely re-parkerized as part of the rebuild process.. Includes numerous accessories. An original canvas bag stamped inside "??? / 1943", a US M4 bayonet in a US M8A1 scabbard and 25+ magazines of varying capacity, many with the original canvas belt pouch. Condition: Excellent as factory rebuilt. Only area of notable wear is a rusty residue on the front sight / barrel. Wood has only a few dings. Function and bore is excellent. USMC WWII Unertl 8X Sniper Scope

Rare and Original World War Two Unertl U.S.M.C. Sniper scope developed for use with the Springfield Armory M1903 National Match Sniper Rifles of WWII (M1903A1 Sniper Rifle). Less than 2800 Produced, and many saw heavy use during WWI and Late in Korea and Vietnam. This is correctly marked J. Unertl USMC-Sniper with Serial 1355 in white text on the blued steel tube. There is a White "8" on one rear ring. In comes with two black finished mounts, with the rear mount being marked J. Unertl, and the front mount unmarked. There is a piece of thin paper under the screws for the rear mount, and it is possible that this scope may be unissued. Both end caps are present. The reticle is a cross with a very small dot in the center. Overall length: 24" It is housed in the original micarta tube with spring retention system, cone cap, and original canvas belt loop and strap. The case is not numbered. Condition: The Scope itself would rate at a 97% (or better) and is possibly unused. Minor blems include a few very light contact marks on the body near the front lens, very minor body contact marks near the mounts, and some minor developing powder rust to the mount screws. The lenses are very clear, and all parts move freely and function properly.

Scarce and desirable Parker CH, slightly more engraving then the DH. This one is in great shape for age. The 28" barrels have a single front ivory bead. The barrels are Damascus and NOT matching to the gun. However they are free of dents and the bore is mirror bright. Extractors. Frame size 1 on barrels. Frame is expertly engraved with approximately 75% coverage. A pointing dog on either side and a Elk on the bottom. Very tight scroll work all around. Silver plated double triggers. Very detailed and ornate carvings on both the splinter forend and the pistol grip stock. Stock is beautiful cut of wood with exotic walnut. Original Parker grip cap and skeletonized butt with checkered wood. Auto safety *Antique, No FFL Needed Condition: Antique Fair. Barrels were swapped however these barrels are in great shape. Frame is lacking the case coloring but the engraving is very prominent and clear, coin silver patina. High grade walnut has been refinished and repaired but beautiful none the less. With a "BF" barrel code we are estimating this having a 1985 manufacture date. Overall this is in nice condition for its age. The bluing on the barrel and receiver is very nice. There is the usual thinning on the magazine tube. There is one very small oxidation mark on the receiver about an inch before the ejection port. The stocks are in nice condition with just some slight surface marks from use. Lockup is tight and th action functions as expected. Included is a leather sling and padded Boyt zippered case. This features a single bead barrel choked Improved Cylinder. The receiver is lightly engraved and marked "Sweet Sixteen". Overall this is a solid example with nice retained finish on the barrel and receiver considering the age. The stocks are solid with no cracks. There is some finish loss on the butt stock and forearm which is common. There is a small 1/4" ding on the forearm on the right side. A very nice example of a classic from a bygone age. Fleur-de-Lis checkered English stock with engraved forearm hardware, ebony forearm tip insert, an unused monogram shield and an Pachmayr recoil pad. Antique English made surgeons tools. First half 19th Century. In a velvet-lined, brass bound walnut or mahogany box. Silver Presentation plaque reads: Dr. J. C. Warren to his friend Dr. Winslow Lewis. This is very likely Dr. John Collins Warren founder of the New England Journal of Medicine, President of the American Medical Association, Dean of Harvard Medical School, and member of Massachusetts General Hospital. John Collins was also involved in the early history of anesthesia. He worked closely with Dr. Winslow Lewis. The kit is marked along the edge J. Wiess, 62 Strand London, and the instruments are marked WEISS LONDON. This kit is incomplete, with Three Handled Surgical blades, and Weiss's Improv'd Saw. The kits did see some use, but blades are still very sharp. There is some shrinkage and cracking to the handles, and normal wear to the interior of the case. Case is a bit loose along the front edge. The lock plate has border etching and engraving of a hunter along with the name "JOSEPH GOLCHER" engraved in a banner below the nipple. Joseph Golcher is believed to be the lock maker. This example looks to be period correct and marked properly although void of any cartouche markings on the stock. Included is a "U.S." marked bayonet. The barrel exhibits a dark patina with the exception of the muzzle end likely from contact with the bayonet which is included. Correct rear graduated sight. Lot #298 (Sale Order 298 of 314)

US MODEL 1812 contract, flintlock musket made by Eli Whitney in New Haven, CT. This is a single shot, 69 caliber muzzleloader with a 42 inch barrel with a bayonet stud near the muzzle. The metal is a dark brown patina with mild corrosion at the rear of barrel and around the touch hole. The lock functions as expected and the lock plate with the New Haven banner, although not crisp, is still legible. Overall a good example for the entry level collector. The frizzen has some marks from being struck by metal which should clean up easily. There is a crack on the wrist that runs adjacent to the lockplate and there appears to have been a solid repair that looks quite old. The lock plate has the letters HH carved into it. .38 Caliber Percussion Levi Kaup

Full length stock percussion seven groove rifle in .38 caliber manufactured by Levi Kaup. Silver blade fore-sight with fixed rear sight. The lock plate is unmarked as is the brass side plate. The brass furniture includes fore-end cap, ramrod thimbles, trigger guard, toe and butt plate and cartridge trap. The hardwood stock features a scant Monte Carlo cheekpiece with silver inlay and a wooden ramrod. There are also several silver inlays scattered throughout the length of the stock. The barrel has a heavy brown patina with a good amount of pitting on the nipple, hammer and lockplate adjacent to the nipple. The lock plate is mostly black in color. The hammer will not set although is under excellent spring tension. Given that it is difficult to evaluate the set trigger. This features very handsome tiger striped wood throughout the length of the stock in good condition. There is a crack at the breach on the left side which disappears under the side plate. Possible an Indian Trade Rifle we have a full length stock percussion seven groove heavy, full octagon barrel rifle in .50 caliber manufactured by H.E. Leman of Lancaster, PA. Brass blade fore-sight with small, elk rear sight. The lock plate is marked "H.E. LEMAN LANCASTER PA" along with some artistic engraving. The brass furniture includes fore-end cap, ramrod thimbles, trigger guard, toe and butt plate and cartridge trap. The hardwood stock features a scant Monte Carlo cheekpiece with brass studs that run through the stock and a wooden ramrod. The barrel has a heavy brown patina with some mild pitting on the broken nipple. The lock plate is silver and black in color. The engraving on the lock plate is worn but the makers identification is still sharp and clearly legible. The hammer works as expected with excellent spring tension. The stock has finish wear in several areas but mostly where the non trigger hand would grip the forestock. There are some surface cracks and indication of a repair in that same area. Antique Pennsylvania long rifle sporting an over/under configuration. Top barrel is rifled and is approximately .45 caliber. Bottom is approx .60 smoothbore. 36" barrels. Some inscribing on the side "NAME / OCT 29th, 1879" Complex lock mechanism featuring a set trigger. First pull is for the bottom barrel, second pull for the top. Condition: Antique Fair. Rare Pinfire Miniature Revolver by Thomas Weston of Mexico City. This is an excellent mini copy of Colt 1847 Walker Percussion Revolver complete with Walnut fitted leather case including a powder measure, three legged bullet mold, cap tool, and compartments with lead bullets and extra caps and percussion nipples. Gun is marked "A Company No. 8, Colts Patent and US 1847. Every part is wonderful in it's detail, with bright royal blue, fine brass, and great stampings. Full Functional, and in good working condition. Included is a hand written note that reads: " Serial 8, 6 Inch Size Model, Sample absolutely not for sale, Tom P. Westons Personal Collection. included is a photo reduction of the Loading directions for loading Colts Percussion Revolvers, with a "Westons Mexican Art Shop" Stamp en verso, dated April 22nd, 1950.
