1982 Cadillac Seville NO RESERVE 1982 Cadillac Seville NO RESERVE

1982 Cadillac Seville NO RESERVE

Lot #908 (Sale Order 40 of 142)

1982 Cadillac Seville VIN# 1G6AS6986CE698571 Mileage Shown 52,353 Engine HT4100 4100cc 4.1 liters 249 cu.in. Aluminum block V8 Transmission THM325-4L 4Speed automatic Color Blue Interior Blue Leather The Cadillac Seville 2nd generation (1980-1985) belongs to mid-size luxury / executive car class. This one-owner car is all-original unrestored condition. The car was loved and well care-for, but the owner and has donated the car as a charity auction benefitting LeMay-America’s Car Museum. The car was named “Blue Maxx” by the owners. Overall, the body is in good condition with only a dent at the right rear very low on the quarter panel, a small dent in the left rear door and a very small dent in the left side of the hood. The car was repainted at some point and has some cracking and splitting in places. All of the bumper filler panels are brittle, cracked and broken. There are some small bubbles near the rear window and at the lower edge of the trunk lid. All glass is good and the power windows work. The bumpers are good but the rubber strip in the right front is damaged. The left tail light lens is broken but all lights front and rear are working. The interior is in good condition showing normal wear. The dash pad and dash/instrument panel are both in excellent condition. All the warning lights work and look good. The radio, blower fan and wipers all work. The driver’s seat bottom has splitting at a couple of the seams. Otherwise, the seats just show normal wear. The driver’s door panel has some cracked and distorted areas and the courtesy light is loose. The passenger front door panel has a split at the rear edge of the armrest. The carpet has normal wear but is in good condition. Tires: The tires have good tread. The rears were built the 27th week of 2011 so they look and show good but should probably be replaced due to age. The fronts were built the 29th week of 2016 so they have great tread and are only three years old. Brakes: The front and rear brake pads and rotors are in good condition. The brakes operate normally. Engine and Transmission: The car has just received a full service. Before attempting to start the engine, all the old gas was pumped out and new fuel was added. The oil and filter were changed and all fluids checked. The battery was dead from sitting so it was charged and appears to be holding a charge now. The engine is a little hard starting and runs a little rough at times but seems to get a little better the more it runs. The transmission shifts properly with no slipping noticed. The radio, wipers and blower fan work. There are three sets of keys. The owner’s manual is included and the jack and spare tire are present. Overview: This car has had only one owner. The owner is no longer able to drive so the car has been parked a little over a year. The car seems to drive nice and appears to have regular routine maintenance. And would be a nice, and interesting, daily driver or vintage collectible 80’s classic!

1966 Mercedes Benz 230 SL 1966 Mercedes Benz 230 SL

1966 Mercedes Benz 230 SL

Lot #910 (Sale Order 42 of 142)

Production of the 230 SL commenced in June 1963 and ended on 5 January 1967. Its chassis was based on the W 111 sedan platform, with a reduced wheelbase by 30 cm (11.8 in), recirculating ball steering (with optional power steering), double wishbone front suspension and an independent single-joint, low-pivot swing rear-axle with transverse compensator spring. The dual-circuit brake system had front disc brakes and power-assisted rear drum brakes.[10] The 230 SL was offered with a 4-speed manual transmission, or an optional, very responsive fluid coupled (no torque converter) 4-speed automatic transmission, which was popular for US models. From May 1966, the ZF S5-20 5-speed manual transmission was available as an additional option, which was particularly popular in Italy. Of the 19,831 230 SLs produced, less than a quarter were sold in the US.The 2,308 cc (2.3 L) M127.II inline-six engine with 150 PS (110 kW; 148 hp) and 196 N?m (145 lb?ft) torque was based on Mercedes-Benz' venerable M180 inline-six with four main bearings and mechanical Bosch multi-port fuel injection. Mercedes-Benz made a number of modifications to boost its power, including increasing displacement from 2,197 cc (2.2 L), and using a completely new cylinder head with a higher compression ratio (9.3 vs. 8.7), enlarged valves and a modified camshaft. A fuel injection pump with six plungers instead of two was fitted, which allowed placing the nozzles in the cylinder head and "shooting" the fuel through the intake manifold and open valves directly into the combustion chambers. An optional oil-water heat exchanger was also available.Mercedes-Benz Chief Engineer Rudolf Uhlenhaut demonstrated the capabilities of the 230 SL on the tight three-quarter mile Annemasse Vétraz-Monthoux race track in 1963, where he put up a best lap time of 47.5 seconds vs. 47.3 seconds by Grand Prix driver Mike Parkes on his 3-liter V12 Ferrari 250 GT.[12]This car is white with black interior and the mileage is 26,765

1975 Ford Chinook Camper

Lot #919 (Sale Order 51 of 142)

1975 Ford F350 Chinook 1400 Chassis Mount Motorhome Second Owner 160,000 miles on Chassis 250 miles on rebuilt 390 ci V8 Motor in 2014: New Edelbrock Performer carburetor New Radiator New Tires Dual fuel refrigerator (electricity/propane) Propane oven, cooktop and heater Everything is in working condition Original Manuals We are the third owner. Original owner had it from 1975 to around 2010 I think. It is my understanding that the 2nd owner rebuilt the interiors to what you see now.  The original engine had only 55,000 miles on it when I bought it. When we purchased it in 2014 it was used primarily by the family for their trip to Yellowstone and then was also used by their family business “Runrealfar”.  They named it Wilbur.  It took trips to different festivals and running events promoting their footwear. After our purchase, we used it for Legion Baseball Tournament weekends and family trips to the Drive-In before taking it for a month to Yellowstone, Sun Valley and Central Oregon.Radiator was replaced on day one.  On our trip to Yellowstone we replaced all 6 tires and the carburetor. Eventually, we had to replace the original 464 engine with the rebuilt 390.Everything works fine except for the supply plumbing.  If I remember there are some small leaks in the copper lines below the sink.  Pretty simple fix.

Lot #929 (Sale Order 61 of 142)

1929 DeSoto Six 4 Dr. This 1929 DeSoto was the first year for this manufacturer and model, and hit the record for most sold first years in the U.S.The Desoto Six has an engine displacement of 174.9 cubic inches rated at 55 horsepower. The current owner purchased this vehicle in September of 1984 in WA from the son of the previous owner. The former owner repainted and redid the interior. It was then transported down to CA. At that time the master cylinder and 4 wheel cylinders and brakes were done. In 1986 the engine was rebuilt. New tires were put on shortly after. It has recently been given a new battery. The exterior has the wear you would expect from a 40 year old paint job. There are some minor dings on the fenders and drivers side rear. The interior is still in great condition. It runs and drives well but is a bit cold blooded to start. When the current owner’s son got married they picked up the bride and her mother in the car. Then after the ceremony transported the son and his bride to their home. The vehicle was enjoyed very much, but unfortunately the owner passed away and it now needs to be enjoyed by a new family.

1930 Ford Model A Coupe Superb Condition on an Older Restoration Last year of production for this the Model A. 201 CID (3.3 L) L-head-4 I4 with a manual 3-speed sliding gear box. Was purchased in 2011 and resided in Skagway, AK. Fully restored and rebuilt engine sometime in the late 80’s or early 90’s. Only 300 mile put on it since. Current owner only drove it only 5 of those miles since purchase. The engine is clean and starts right up and drives with ease. The paint has some slight wear you would find being painted over 30 years ago. Few minor chips around the wheel wells, trunk and engine covers. It looks as though there has been some touch up work done over the years. The interior is in great condition and looks as though it has just been redone. This would be a great road worthy driver. Superb condition for an older restoration.

1974 Alfa Romeo GTV

Lot #937 (Sale Order 69 of 142)

This engine is a Four Cylinder all Aluminum, Double Overhead Cam, Hemi Engine. In original 1974 stock form it made 116 hp in USA format. This rebuilt engine has European Pistons, High Lift Cam Shafts, Ported Cylinder Head, Balanced Rotating Mass, Lightened Flywheel and a Stainless Big Bore Exhaust. This engine, now with the current rebuild, generates about 165 hp 35% more than the original engine. The Spica Fuel Injection is a mechanical fuel injection system. It has a small pump located on the side of this engine that rotates at 1/2 engine speed. This pump pushes fuel through the steel lines to the fuel injectors up to 900 psi. The Fuel Injectors open at 550 psi and spray a fine mist of fuel into the engine. The fuel is regulated by the throttle position, as well as the engine coolant temperature, the engine rotating speed and barometric pressure. The reason this car is so fast with only 165 hp is because it weighs only 2000 lbs! Documented receipts.

1951 GMC 1 Ton Flat Bed

Lot #940 (Sale Order 72 of 142)

This truck was a Nebraska farm truck.  It probably had a grain box on it, and someone took the grain box off and built the flat bed.  The bed will tilt, but the hydraulics were removed at some point.  The truck has a manual 4 speed transmission.  There is a throttle pull on the dash to set engine speed.  Original seat was removed and bucket seats installed by a previous owner.  I do have the owner’s manual. The brakes have been repaired (master cylinder, wheel cylinders), emergency brake repaired, replaced carburetor, tune-up included petronix kit, replaced alternator.  Turn signals added.Work needed:No heater core, horn not hooked up, odometer/speedometer (housing broken), fuel gauge inoperable, no windshield wiper motor, no glove box.I found two sets of numbers on the motor.  According to the VIN number, the engine is a 228 cubic inch, 6 cylinder.  The ID number near the distributor is 270929160.  On the block under the manifold, the number is J287, GMC042824008.

1977 Porsche 911 S

Lot #957 (Sale Order 89 of 142)

1977 Porsche 911S Targa Miles: 150,225 as of 8-20-2019 Have owned the vehicle since 2011. The car body is very solid, with only some minor surface rust in a few spots.  For example, the car had a bra on the hood for many years which led to peeling of the paint. Not a big issue as 1977 911’s got a full body dip in zinc galvanizing bath prior to paint. Engine: 3.0L  Continuous Injection System (C.I.S.) which was Porsche’s answer to the U.S. emission laws of the 70’s and early 80’s.  At 147,322 miles, May 2012, MaxRPM in Bremerton performed a total high end brake job, replacing all rotors, calipers, pads and springs. Also a full brake system flush. Replaced front inner, outer wheel bearings and seals.  Replaced master cylinder and new sealing washers and grommets.  Replaced the alternator and adjusted the CIS system. Full tune up with plugs, oil and filter. The car has occasional surges during certain weather periods, due to warm up regulator issues according to MaxRPM. Smokes when it sets for several days but clears up after running and driving. The intention was to remove CIS system and replace with carbs. Advised at the time to not address the surging and smoking issues until the replacement was to be made. Runs strong. A new battery was installed June 2019. New trunk carpet. The car has electric windows, mirrors, intermittent wipers. All gauges work, including the clock.  Newer radio with amplifier. Solid car, strong runner, 5 speed.

Lot #958 (Sale Order 90 of 142)

1921 Ford Model T Touring VIN# 5094784 (located on left side of engine block-Engine number is VIN number) Mileage -  unknown- no speedometer or odometer Engine  - 176.7 cu.in. Flathead 4 cylinder Transmission – Planetary system 2 speed Color- Black Interior – Black Body: This car has had a very nice restoration at some time in its life. The fenders and body panels are in very good condition.  The paint has some marks but overall is in very good condition. The car’s top and bows are in good condition and the windshield and rear windows are also very good. The floor boards are in good condition. The dash panel is in nice shape and the ignition switch and a AMP gauge both look great. The seats and side panels have been upholstered in original style in Naugahyde material and are still in excellent condition.Engine and Running Gear: The engine is not currently in running condition. There are no coolant hoses on it and the head is not tightened down. It is unknown as to why the head was taken loose, we photographed the engine with the head off to see the state of the inside which is clean and it is not seized. There are no visible cracks and the valves and pistons look good. Everything is intact and in place for the transmission and rear end but in unknown condition because the car is not running. The fuel tank has only very light surface rust inside but should be usable as is. This car has been equipped with an electric starter and it has a rear mounted spare tire. All four tires are 30X3½. The front tires are Firestones. The tread is good and they show well but they are over 7 years old. The rear tires are Fisk Windsor brand and are old and badly cracked.Overall this is a nice cosmetic example of a model T Touring car.  The car is licensed to a Washington State Horseless Carriage plate (plates are on the front and rear) which will come with the car.

1963 Mercedes Benz 220 Seb 1963 Mercedes Benz 220 Seb

1963 Mercedes Benz 220 Seb

Lot #968 (Sale Order 100 of 142)

Exceptionally spacious and elegantly styled body, the most distinctive feature of which were its tailfins – a concession to the American influence on contemporary tastes. This characteristic design element would later give rise to the name by which the entire model generation came to be known – today the generic term “fintail” is applied to all these models (220 b, 220 Sb and 220 SEB of the W 111 series). The new model series set new standards in terms of passive safety, for these were the first production cars to feature the Barényi-patented rigid passenger cell with front and rear crumple zones. Safety was also given top priority in the design of the interior. The new models had a padded instrument panel, for example, with yielding and in part recessed controls, as well as a steering wheel with padded boss. Also worthy of note was the first use in this form of safety door locks, likewise major contributors to safety in the case of accident.Offered is a one owner from new, 1963 Mercedes-Benz 220SEb. Absolutely spectacular car throughout. 2,195 cc (2.2 L) Direct Injection Straight 6 with a 4-speed manual transmission. Resplendent interior just completely retrimmed in factory leather by Pebble Beach upholsterer John Parkhurst (at a cost of $20,000). One of the nicest examples of an original car available anywhere at any price today. Car is originally from Southern California.

1974 Chevrolet Impala

Lot #978 (Sale Order 110 of 142)

This 1974 Chevy Impala was originally purchased in Salem, Oregon brand new off the lot. The original owner kept this car in great condition and drove it only 20,000 miles before becoming too ill to drive it in the early 1990s. After his death, the car remained in a garage for 20 years until sold to me by his daughter. For the past 6 years, this has been the classic car I’ve driven around town to the beach and car shows on Sundays afternoons. It has 27,000 original miles and mostly original parts. I’ve exchanged the radiator, fuel pump, carburetor, fuel line, and tires within the last year. This car’s only downside is the fuel gauge not working and oil pan leak. The interior is A-Typical for this generation, sporting only the barest of essentials. Putting the climate controls to the left of the steering wheel instead of the right provides the driver with full control of the vehicle. With minimal instruments, lights and controls also provide a piece of mind. The comfort level of the interior is worthy of a cross country drive. This is of course pending your ability to drive long distances without the luxury of changing positions as with today's power seat's. The ride quality is second to none. It's a HEAVY car weighing in at 5700 lbs and the suspension is top-notch. As for the performance of my particular car. It has the highly restricted 350 small blocks with 2bbl carburetor. As for the Transmission, it shifts flawlessly and smoothly. The aesthetics of the vehicle are flawless in my opinion. This is a very heavy, very long car whose lines flow through out the length of the car. It's Cadillac like long front and gigantic trunk balance out the appearance of the car well. My particular model is a 4 door with the solid back side windows and concave rear window. The most aesthetically pleasing body style in my opinion.

Lot #981 (Sale Order 113 of 142)

The 1960 Hillman was purchased on Vashon Island 17 years ago I wanting this car because my grandparents had owned one and it was identical to the first car I learned to drive The car was brought to a restoration shop and was going to be restored with all new parts and reconditioned parts A new engine was purchased and the car was disassembled and painted When it was time to put the vehicle together the young woman ran out of money and the shop had to take ownership of the car and was pressed to sell it to regain the money spent on paint and supplies All parts are in the vehicle for restoration ex: all the chrome, trim, lights, new rubber gaskets, dash, bumpers, windshield and glass Everything one would need for reassembly I had good intentions with this vehicle and had always desired to restore it, however I wasn’t able to find the time and the project was too much for me to take on The Hillman was unloaded and parked in a barn, as is, for 17 years The main reason I am letting this vehicle go at this time is due to my health I am battling cancer and my family doesn’t need or desire to have this vehicle anymore I would really appreciate the assistance to find this project car a good home

1937 Cord 812 Phaeton 1937 Cord 812 Phaeton

1937 Cord 812 Phaeton

Lot #987 (Sale Order 118 of 142)

Chassis No. 633, Engine No. FB 1865, Serial No. 812 1633 H. One of the most famous and important designs of its era. Formerly owned by Dr. Elwood Greist and Jim Miller. Well-presented restoration in wonderful colors. Equipped with its original engine. Ideal for CARavans and Auburn Cord Duesenberg (ACD) Club activities. Classic Car Club of America (CCCA) Full Classic. When the “new Cord” made its debut at the New York Auto Show in November 1935, it turned the automotive world on its ear. Onlookers reportedly stood on the roofs of other cars just to catch a glimpse of Gordon Buehrig’s stunningly advanced “new, original, and ornamental design for an automobile,” with its aerodynamic “coffin nose” louvered hood lacking a traditional radiator shell; its “step-down” floor; its unitary body construction; its hidden door hinges; its pop-up headlamps; and its total lack of running boards. Underneath was no less innovative, with a Lycoming V-8 running the front wheels through a four-speed, electrically shifted pre-selector transmission, which was operated by a “key” off the steering column; essentially, it was an H-pattern gearshift in miniature. Today the Cord has since gone down in history as one of the most beautiful automobiles of its time, being regularly displayed in art museums as what Buehrig referred to as “rolling sculpture.” The Guyton 810 phaeton is listed in the well-known books of Josh B. Malks, The Timeless Classic and Cord Complete, as being delivered with this engine, no. FB 1865, and phaeton body no. C 91 455. Its earliest known owner was C.W. Kimbell of Bell, California, who advertised it in the Los Angeles Times on 31 May 1964. By 1971 it had side exhaust fitted and was owned by Earnest A. Wright of San Juan Capistrano, who exhibited it over the next several years in ACD Club competition, achieving its First Senior award and the Tom Mix Award for Best Cord at the West Coast Meet in 1978. Mr. Wright sold the Cord to Dr. Elwood “Bud” Greist, a longtime Auburn and Cord enthusiast in Livermore, California. In Mr. Greist’s ownership the phaeton continued its show-going ways, appearing at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and at many other ACD Club meets on the West Coast. It remained in his care until 1987, and was later part of the noted Ontario collection of the late Jim Miller, highly respected for his eye for excellence and quality. Fred Guyton acquired the Cord from an owner in Michigan in 2008, and it has been part of his fine collection alongside other Auburns, Cords, and Duesenbergs for over a decade. Its restoration is well maintained and very attractive, with the finishes under the hood appearing largely authentic, and the top, hard to get “right” on these cars, properly stitched and fitted. Accessory Cord driving lights and a Cord Delco radio are fitted. This is a lovely, well-kept example of a truly iconic design

1975 Datsun 280Z 2+2

Lot #988 (Sale Order 119 of 142)

Same owner from new, 8k original miles. Lady owner parked the car when she became pregnant and didn’t feel comfortable driving it. As shown, the vehicle comes with the original manual and license plates. Originally in Olympia, WA. Then moved to Bainbridge Island where it has sat until now. In 1982 it officially went off road. Included is the original insurance statement that had to be tied around the steering wheel to show it was no longer register or was to be driven. Impeccable, an untouched original. Interior still smells new. The spare tire and tool kit are in original untouched condition. Her husband has just passed. She was reluctant to move the car from the garage. Without a doubt one of the finest 280Z 2+2 examples in the world. Deserves to be in a museum. Recently recommissioned for the road with a fuel flush, reconditioned fuel tank, replaced OEM fuel pump and complete fluid service. New battery. Started right up.

1941 Lincoln Continental Convertible 1941 Lincoln Continental Convertible

1941 Lincoln Continental Convertible

Lot #990 (Sale Order 121 of 142)

Chassis No. H119672. An American automotive design legend. One of just 400 cabriolets produced in 1941. Attractive restoration in charming colors. Documented with its factory build information. Classic Car Club of America (CCCA) Full Classic.Returning from Europe in 1938, Edsel Ford sketched a concept for designer E.T. Gregorie that he wished to build on a Ford chassis. Gregorie did detailed drawings based on a Zephyr convertible instead, and the result was the Continental. The hood and fenders were extended, and the car sectioned horizontally by four inches. The bustle back with outside “Continental” tire was the finishing touch. The car was built, and Edsel took it to Florida that winter. Legend says that his friends were so taken with the car that many of them placed orders. Thus, the Continental went into production in December 1939, and a coupe version soon followed. One of just 400 cabriolets produced in the Continental’s second year, this example was originally sold by the well-known Van Etta Motors, a longtime Ford-Lincoln-Mercury dealer in Northern California. In 1959, it was acquired in Florida by John Fisher of Newark, Ohio, who drove it home to the Midwest, then sold it in November 1968 to Edwin Benland, also of Newark. Mr. Benland oversaw the car’s restoration in 1973, with the installation of a correct V-12 engine, and exhibited it at several shows.Clifford Schmid of Sappington, Missouri, acquired the Continental in 1981, and sold it five years later to Earl Rosen Jr., of St. Louis, who in 1987 received 97.5 points with the car in CCCA judging. Mr. Rosen then sold the car to his good friend and fellow CCCA Spirit of St. Louis Region stalwart, Fred Guyton, and it has remained in the Guyton Collection since.A largely attractive but older presentation, the car is finished in Rockingham Tan with a red leather interior and black canvas top, it is equipped with a spotlight, dual mirrors, dual fog lights, and a dashboard clock, and recorded 61,321 miles at the time of cataloguing. Offered with the car is an original Reference Book for the model, as well as a file of correspondence and receipts from the last five decades. With some mechanical freshening this would be an ideal and comfortable “modern” automobile for CCCA CARavans, in which it would undoubtedly be reunited with many longtime friends of its two most recent owners. It is truly a cherished example of one of the most famous American automotive designs of the Classic Era.

It’s a true classic rod, painted black with custom pinstripes. Nostalgic hot rod is great for car shows & parades. Same owner for more than 30 years.

1967 Plymouth Satellite

Lot #1011 (Sale Order 142 of 142)

1967 Plymouth Satellite no rust survivor. Garage kept for at least the last 30 years. 95%+ original condition. Low option top of the line model with original base engine and transmission. 273 V8, 2 BBL (4 BBL manifold included with full price) with manual 3 speed transmission on the column (would make transition to 4 or 5 speed simple). Odometer reads 79,643 which I believe is the original mileage judging from condition of car. Has 8 3/4 rear axle. New KYB shocks all around. Manual drum brakes all around. Power steering with Saginaw pump installed at some point. Original spinner hubcaps on 14" wheels. Still have original keys. Super straight body with no dents or dings. Older enamel paint in good condition. All original trim attached and in excellent condition along with mint bumpers that were rechromed at some point. All glass in excellent condition and windows roll up and down easily. All systems work as they should including lights with the exception of some burnt out dash bulbs. Wipers function and even the windshield washers work. Interior is in near mint condition with new Legendary covers and foam installed for front buckets. Good carpet. No cracks in dash pad. No radio installed. One small 3" tear in rear seat upholstery. Excellent door cards and armrests. Headliner in good condition. No rust in floor boards, trunk or bottom of doors. In fact, no rust anywhere except tiny spot behind front wheelwell. Perfect car for making a GTX clone or upgrade to 383 4 speed or just enjoy as it is. I'm sure could win survivor class at many car shows. You might be able to find a better restored car, but doubt you could find a better unmolested car in this price range.
