Album contains postcards from Rose, a tight diary of his enlistment and training period, newspaper clippings, high school diploma, and related ephemera. Henry F. Rose, Jr. (1926-1945) graduated from Frankford High School in January of 1944, enlisted in May, 1944, and went overseas on January 4, 1945. He was killed in Northern Italy on March 4, 1945.
