Marks: 192. Generally excellent, original body and body finish. Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1892, the doll wears an especially pretty lace dress, undergarments, bonnet, socks and shoes.

The mahogany chest appears as a tall boy with six drawers, which actually hide a baby bathtub. By "opening" the top drawer, the entire front folds down revealing the baby bathtub along with water receptacle at the back wall with spigot, handled pot, and a large selection of various wooden jars (all attached to the shelves). The cabinet was likely designed as a traveling salesman's sample to demonstrate its functionality. Excellent condition. Very rare and intriguing. Late 1800s.
