Pacific Auction Companies are acting as Auctioneers only for all transactions related to the Barton Estate Auction. Titles to vehicles will be provided by the Estate via certified mail to the address you provided at registration. Per Colorado law the title will pass directly from the seller to the buyer. No dealer?s license is involved in these transactions. The vehicle will be released to the buyer once payment has been accepted. The title will be mailed within 45 days of the auction date. All vehicles are being sold AS-IS and not running. The buyer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes at their place of registration. Items marked B.O.S.- or Bill of Sale or No Title are being sold as parts only with a Bill of Sale. Your paid receipt will act as your only receipt.

Mr. Barton’s love for cars began while working in the family auto business in North Eastern Colorado in the 1930’s. Mr. Barton and his brothers came to the Denver Metro area in the 1950’s and began a decades long family business in the concrete/foundation and construction industries. Mr. Barton, with the support of his wife, Lila, never lost his love of all things automotive. He was a master mechanic and was proud of the fact that most of his cars were roadworthy. A collection of rare automobiles, tools, auto parts, collectibles and more.
