The Pinnacle Club has occupied this space since the construction of this building in 1967. For 2020, the Club is consolidating on the 17th Floor. This auction represents a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit and acquire beautiful furnishings never before available to the public.
A fifty-plus year accumulation of fine antiques, artwork, Persian & Oriental rugs, fine furniture, French, English, American & Asian decorative arts and much more will all be sold to the highest bidder without reserve.
Online bidding will be available via Proxibid.com - a 10% Buyers Premium applies to online bidding only. Those wishing to pay by credit card will have a 5% Buyers Premium added to their settlement whether live or online. All sales are subject to GA State and Richmond County Local Sales Tax of 8% unless a sales tax exemption is presented prior to payment, please bring a copy for our files.
Parking: on Friday, please park on the street as garage spaces are reserved during the week. On Saturday, you may use any space in the parking garage adjacent, first come, first served.
We do not ship items - items must be picked up during the week of 20-24 January 2020 during normal business hours. Failure to pick up items will result in a $250 per item moving fee and a $30/day storage fee per item.
