Specific dates have been set for the removal of building components, compressor, lifts, and the deconstruction and removal of the building. Please note the removal timeline on each descritption. All other items must be removed on our scheduled pickup dates of February 4th-6th. Buds Muffler Shop 7500 square foot building

Lot #1 (Sale Order 2 of 174)

This is for the actual 7500 foot steel structure, no land or titled property is included. Building is approx. 75'X100' steel beam structure with approx. 25' ceiling height with stucco exterior. Building includes 10 approx. 16' roll up doors, door openers interior lighting and fire sprinkler system. NOT included are the swamp coolers, furnace, heaters, steel mezzanine exterior signage or any interior tooling and drop down electrical. Winning bidder is solely responsible for all dismantling and removal compliant with any and all EPA, and City or County of Denver Permits and fees as well as complying with all mandated safe dismantling processes. Disassembly can begin on March 1st 2020 and structure must be removed by June 30 2020. Insulation has been tested and no asbestos was detected. No damage to existing property will be permitted. NO assistance or equipment will be provided. Winning bidder may leave the concrete slab and cinder block pile only.
