The paper label is still present in the liner. The helmet has a heavy sand camo finish that is in good condition. The helmet shows use, age, and wear, with some rub loss to the sand finish.

US WW2 Westinghouse M1 Helmet Liner. 5 Star General? Lot #3 (Sale Order 4 of 212) Interesting Westinghouse M1 helmet liner. The liner has 5 stars painted stenciled in a semi circle on the front. The paint appears to be period and shows age and wear. The liner is marked Westinghouse D57 in the dome. Unfortunately, the leather chin strap and sweat band are not present. This is an interesting piece worthy of research.

US WW2 Front Seam Fixed Bale M1 Helmet W/ Liner. Some Damage. Lot #4 (Sale Order 5 of 212) This is a nice looking fixed bale helmet with liner. Unfortunately, the helmet is missing the left bale and chin strap. The shell has not been repainted and shows plenty of nice period wear. The liner is painted silver and has an MW Civil Defense Logo on the front. The liner is missing the chin strap, sweat band, and nape strap. The liner is CAPAC 51 marked in the dome.

US WW2 Front Seam Swivel Bale M1 Helmet W/ Liner. Refinished. Lot #5 (Sale Order 6 of 212) Nice looking US WW1 Front Seam Swivel Bale M1 Helmet. The helmet has been repainted. The canvas straps appear to be reproductions. The liner is a nice looking Post War CAPAC Westinghouse that is complete with nice chin sweat band, but is missing the chin strap. The liner has been painted black and has some damage to the front center.

US WW2 Front Seam Swivel Bale M1 Helmet W/ Liner. IDENTIFIED. Lot #6 (Sale Order 7 of 212) The picker that found this helmet got it direct from the vet in 2008. This helmet was worn by Lane Read of Winchester VA. The helmet has been clear coated, which is a shame, as the shell is in good condition. The liner is present, but most of the paint is missing, and all of the webbing is roached. The liner is CAPAC marked. There is a copy of Mr. Read's obituary inside of the shell.

Post WW2 German MG42 MG34 MG3 MG53 Lafette Machine Gun Mount Stand Tripod & Accessories. Lot #23A (Sale Order 25 of 212) This will fit a plethora of weapon platforms including the MG34 MG42 MG3 MG53 and the M60. The stand is fully functional. It folds up and raises and lowers as it should. The mount is complete with Optics Box that includes a very nice Hensoldt periscope sight. The optics are amazing. The stand shows use, wear, age, and carry, but is very nice. The only issue with the mount is that one of the leveling bubbles on one of the legs has been broken. However, everything else is present and very functional. This is a hard to find and expensive piece. The optics alone are worth a small fortune. This is a great and rare piece that will be perfect for use or display. The opening bid is less than 1/2 of the value for this item!

The chin strap does have a slight issue as seen in the last picture. This can be fixed!

Post WW2 1950'S Russian AZP-37-1M Anti Aircraft Reflector Collimator Sight . Lot #73A (Sale Order 76 of 212) For the ZSU-57-2 Anti Aircraft Gun System. There is a pair of them in there for the ZSU platform, which is basically a double barreled anti aircraft tank. Surplus condition. The box and the components show some paint loss, but the glass, wiring, and accessories are all in great shape. These are hard to find and are quite desirable. Just try to find another one out there!

US WW2 Rare Prototype Thompson Magazine Pouch! Lot #95A (Sale Order 99 of 212) This is a rare magazine pouch that is a prototype US WW2 design based on the German MP40 Pouch. These were never adopted for use, but were used in trials, and there are several other known examples out there in collections. This one is made of late war US OD Green canvas with leather stud and strap closures. The leather is drying, but is complete and unbroken. The back of the pouch has two slanted belt loops with rings for a shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is present with this example. It does appear that someone has covered a maker stamping under the flap with marker. Even though the closure strap is drying, this is a rare piece that you won't be able to find for years.

US Post WW2 Scrapbook/ Edward E Slattery Civil Air Patrol President Edward E Slattery Lot #128A (Sale Order 133 of 212) This is a huge archive collection complete with James Doolittle of Doolittle's Raiders signature, original photos od President Truman, copy of speech introducing Truman, newspaper clippings, articles, letters, photos, a few patches, and tons of other items to include a Secret Service signed White House Press Pass ID w/ photo. Slattery appears to have been a Naval Aviator before joining the Civil Air Patrol and the Civil Aeronautics Board. Slattery was responsible for being the lead investigator for all air crashes in the United States & abroad in the 1950's-1970's. This one is named to Lt. HH Baker and there is a Regulation Army Officer's tag. The maker and date tag is washed out.

WW2 Soviet Russian Army Officer's Overcoat. RARE! 1943 Dated! Lot #152 (Sale Order 157 of 212) This was a hard one to track down, but it appears to be a WW2 Russian Army Officer's Wool Overcoat. The buttons are plain faced and have a Paris maker mark on the back. The buttons were once painted green, but have lost almost all of their paint. The epaulette and interior buttons are made of wood. The maker's stamp in the collar is very faint, but appears to be Cyrillic. Someone has written the number 43 over the maker stamp. The wool is nice, but soiled. The sleeves are lined in typical European striped fabric. This is a rare coat that will wear or display well.

WW2 Period Army/Army Air Corp Officer's "TRUE" Crusher-Very Fine! Lot #190 (Sale Order 195 of 212) In near unissued condition exhibiting very little, if any, wear. Larger type Eagle cap device with finely detailed feathering to the wings. It is maker marked on the reverse of the tail feathers "Acid Test Gemsco" in raised relief. This is a significantly scarcer version cap that allows for the top to be interchanged with the khaki top. Deluxe type leather chin strap with the reverse adjustment buckle. No maker label evident.
