We encourage and welcome any and all questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Please call or email for additional information.

Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your expertise when bidding.

PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders via email immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment may result in a suspended account with us and with the bidding platform. FIREARMS: All BATF rules and regulations strictly followed. Firearms, ammo, and accessories will only be sold and shipped to the 50 states of the United States; no international or territory shipping. Name of winning bidder must be the same as transfer name. Winning bidders must arrange for their local FFL licensee to email us the license directly. FFL must be sent from the licensee, not the winning bidder. FFL must be emailed to: RICH@BIDLEGACY.COM to start the shipping process.

FIREARMS SHIPPING: FEE EQUALS USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING RATE AT-COST, PLUS $20 PER LONG GUN, OR PLUS $10 PER HANDGUN. Each box is tracked, insured, and requires signature. One firearm per shipping box, no exceptions. If firearm includes its original box, the box may need to be shipped separately.

NON-FIREARMS SHIPPING: If your ammo purchase should be shipped separately from a firearm, please let us know via email. Unless otherwise stated, other items are shipped through The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA, at buyer expense. Items will be delivered to The UPS Store within 2 business days following the auction. The UPS Store will contact you directly for delivery, timing, and payment when your package is ready. The UPS Store professionally packages, insures, and ships your valuables. Quality packaging and shipping is sometimes costly, especially for large, heavy, and/or valuable items. We have no control over prices charged for these services. Items not picked-up or claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale.

LOCAL TRANSFERS: Firearms picked-up locally will be transferred by NORTHEAST FIREARMS, Honesdale, PA with advance notice by email. Transfer fee for non-FFL holders is $25 for the first and $10 for each thereafter.

Flask has both carrying rings in place, as is the adjustable spout.

Emerson & Silver New Jersey-marked Model 1840 Enlisted Calvary Sword and Scabbard

A true find.
The Model 1840 cavalry saber, was commonly referred to as The Old Wristbreaker.
This military edged weapon was used by New Jersey?s mounted forces during the Civil War.
Only 2,700 were ever produced by the Emerson & Silver firm out of Trenton, New Jersey.
This is a scarce M40 saber and scabbard in very good condition.
35.5 inch blade that is in very good condition.
Stamped:EMERSON & SILVER in an arched pattern on the ricasso; the obverse ricasso has the large stamping N.J.
Leather grip has a thin single twist brass wire around it.
Grip is surrounded by a two-branch brass hilt and is topped by a brass pommel.
Hefty iron scabbard is unadorned, but retains a somewhat shiny finish as shown.
No dents or damage marks to mention.
Scabbard has a large drag with no damage either.
Sword mounts retain the original suspension rings.
Includes the often missing leather strap and brass hardware.
This is a beautiful and heavy cavalry saber and scabbard.
Rare edged weapon with only a few made.

1863 U.S. Model 1840 N.C.O. Sword and Scabbard, Ames Mfg. Co.

Original Ames Manufacturing Company Model 1840 N.C.O. sword in good condition.
Carried by Federal non-commissioned officers, this edged weapon comes with original black leather scabbard.
Single edge blade measures 32 inches long and is in very good condition with only light peppering marks as shown.
Ricasso bears the inspector?s mark of AHC on one side, and Made by Ames Mfg. Co. CHICOPEE. MASS on the other.
Stamped A.D.K. on hand guard, and G.W.C. on the drag.
Brass hilt features grips with a simulated cast wire wrap.
Upper brass collar is tight to the body of the scabbard and retains its frog hook.
The black leather scabbard is in poor condition as it is in three pieces as shown.
This artifact would have been carried by Corporals and Sergeants during the Civil War.

Winchester Model 1906 .22 Caliber Pump Action Rifle

This is the Second version and was the Standard Model 1906.
It differed by being able to shoot interchangeably short, long or long-rifle bullets, serial numbered between 113,000-852,000.
20-inch round barrel along with rest of metal has turned mostly white as shown.
Bore is clean with good rifling.
Both wood and metal are in fine condition as one would expect in a 111 year old rifle.
This tube-fed pump takedown-designed rifle is a fine earlier production run firearm.

40 inch barrel with three metal bands on long forearm stock.
Metal butt plate.
Includes metal ramrod.
Hammer and trigger perform fine.
These 1861 models were retooled Springfield 1861 manufactured on Enfield equipment.
Percussion nipple is filled in.
Good overall condition to metal and wood.
Large heavy firearm.

19th Century Allen's 1845 Patent Percussion Pepperbox Revolver

This original antique pistol was made by Ethan Allen of Massachusetts (1808-1871).
Allen developed his business by bringing in his brother-in-law Charles Thuber as his partner.
This is a tube hammer pistol.
The handgun is a Six Shot in roughly 32 caliber.
Measures 7-1/2 inches long with 4 inch barrels.
The frame has light decorative engraving and the tube hammer is stamped:
ALLEN'S PATENT.
1845.
This Pepperbox is in a fair to good condition, cylinder rotates when trigger pulled.
Metal has turned white, no rust to mention as you can see.
Appears to be operational, but has not been test fired.
Quality piece of early U.S. firearm production ad design.

Belgian Pinfire Double Barrel 12 Gauge Shotgun

Both lockplates are marked W.W. Greener and have detailed scrolling as shown.
The barrel as shown has condition issues towards the end of the barrel in the form of dents and finish issues as shown in the last three photos.

Water table is marked as shown.
The fore-end wood is marked 892.
Bores are clean and bright.

This Springfield produced single-shot breech-loading rifle is in very good condition.
Both wood and metal are in very good condition considering age and intended us.

Only shows expected use wear and marks which are minimal as you can see.

Trapdoor breech is clean and damage free.

Check out this original percussion musketoon rifle.
Believed to be in .577 caliber.
This percussion rifle has a 19 1/2 inch barrel with very good clean bore.
Marked on the side plate 1860 Enfield with downward facing broad arrow in front of that, and a crown above V.R. behind the hammer.
Same style as a musketoon; this rifle is a fantastic find.
Both wood and metal show very well as shown.
Brass accent pieces on the furniture, as well as ramrod included.
Proof marks on top side of barrel as shown.
Stock has silver colored medallion with illegible text on it.
Trigger and hammer work great.

This 25mm caliber Mark IV Very Pistol was used by the
United States.
May have also been used in WWII.
The pistol is a copy of a French Army design.
It was manufactured by the Scott Fetzer Machine Co.,
Cleveland Ohio.
Brass construction throughout with original wood grips.
Marked well as shown.
Includes lanyard ring.
Tight with no wobble, opens and closes well.
Trigger does not have a snap to it when pulled, not sure if it is supposed to be that way.

Cast iron and nickel Daisy 20th Century BB Gun in wonderful condition.
The BB Gun is all original and retains a fair percentage of its original nickel finish on the barrel.
The cast iron embossed frame is fantastic, shows so very well.
The stock is in very good condition with all the original finish and it has no cracks or damage.
Wooden stock has the oval Daisy stamp; still very clear and damage free.
It retains both the front and rear sights.
Best of all this break open rifle cocks and shoots with good compression.
As nice as you will find, unaltered and unrestored.
A true survivor.
