In the light of global precautions surrounding the spread and containment of Coronavirus (COVID-19), Kull Auction & Real Estate is closely monitoring the U.S. Government and Kansas Public Health Official’s advice on the current situation. We are adapting our processes and policies, as required.
In these difficult times, the health and well being of our staff and customers is of paramount importance to us and we have made the decision to close our Auction Facility to the public until further notice, effective March 27,2020
We are fully aware that some States, Counties, Cities and Townships have deemed the “Gun Shop” as non-essential have forced them to close their doors or remain open with very limited hours, thus creating a hardship or an impossibility to transfer FFL guns.
In the upcoming weeks, Kull’s Old Town Station have plans for several online gun auctions. We urge you to bid and buy with confidence. Should you be in an area where we are prohibited to immediately ship to your FFL and cannot transfer, we will hold your purchases until we are able to ship and you are able to receive your purchase's through an FFL.
Non-Gun Purchases: All non-gun purchases will be shipped out immediately following the auction only if we are able to ship to your area. If not, the same applies. We will hold your purchases until you can receive them.
Local Pick-up: As of this date, Shawnee County, Kansas (our county) is under Quarantine until Sunday, April 26, 2020. If the quarantine is lifted, live local pick-up will be Monday, April 27, 11 AM – 3 PM. Should the quarantine continue, then appointments will be scheduled for Monday & Tuesday in 15-minute increments.
