This knife was a possession of Steve McQueen and purchased from his first wife Neile ( Adams) McQueen. It comes with complete provenance. One of his treasured collectibles. It a craftsman brand of Bowie knife style. Steve loved the things he had treasured as a kid. He bought fine American made guns and knives that were of a practical design that were apart of the history of our ancestors. What working men used day to day. This is a fine rare example of a large and capable knife. Over the years I purchased a number of Steve's guns and knives. This being one of my favorites. From what I heard from Neile, one of Steve's as well. As a side note, after Steve's death an auction was held of his estate. Many nice items . But what many people never knew was that long before that day Neile and Steve divorced and as in so many such instances Neile insisted on retaining many of his dearest items.

My Husband My Friend - The original manuscript was written by Neile MCQueen as a birth to death story of her and Steve McQueen'S life together. I purchased this from Neile and it comes with full provenance. The book was about two very high profile people , American Icons. Steve possibly the baddest of all bad boys and Neile one of the most beautiful and talented women. Their life story is incredible, Steve spending time in reform school and Neile in a Japanese prison camp. It has also been suggested that Neile May have been the daughter of General McArthur. That, my friends is the tip of the ice berg for these two. The book is a tell all take if two of America's most interesting celebrities. The original manuscript is even better as it contains many hand written corrections and deletions as noted by Neile in the margins. Many juicy details including them being the first name on the list for the Manson family to kill. It seems likely that at some point this man and his wife will be the center point of a movie, which has been discussed often in Hollywood. The book is great , the Manuscript with its personal notes even better. I was lucky enough to talk at length with Neile about their life and this manuscript. A piece of history that will always be of interest.

1950 Vincent Comet 'Flash' Replica. Single cylinder 500cc. Built from 1948 to 1954. Frame: RC/1/8412 Engine no. F5AB/2A/5290. Pristine example of a race modified Vincent Comet to a "Flash" replica. An overhead-valve 500cc single. This Comet was substantially modified for vintage road racing (AHRMA) probably in the late 1980s. Displayed in a private collection of Mr. Barber from 1991 to reappear recently. Will require a recommissioning if you wish to race it again. Bill of Sale. 'Vincent HRD' originated in 1928 when Philip C. Vincent acquired the name, jigs, tools and patterns of the liquidated HRD Company. Vincent moved production from Wolverhampton to Stevenage and commenced with an innovative sprung frame that would remain a feature until closure in 1955. Vincent relied on proprietary engines until increasing dissatisfaction with suppliers led to the creation of Vincent's own motor in 1934., This all-new power unit was designed jointly by Vincent and Chief Engineer Phil Irving. The duo brought fresh thinking to what would become the Series A motor, opting for a relatively short stroke of 90mm coupled to an 84mm bore, a high-set camshaft and two guides for each valve with the rocker arm engaging between them. Production was stopped for WW2, then restarted soon after with the short-lived Series B Comet, soon to give way to the successful Series C single, built from 1948 to 1954. Effectively a Rapide V-twin minus its rear cylinder, the Comet offered the same degree of refinement, but less oomph, as its bigger brother. Even so, the Comet combined a 90mph potential with excellent fuel economy, to become the ideal touring mount for the discerning solo rider.

The 1965 BMW R50/2 had all the brand’s characteristic attributes: twin-loop steel frame, cylinder heads poking out into the wind, shaft drive, link-type front and rear suspensions with hydraulic dampers, and a conservative stateliness of appearance. Black with white stripes prevailed as the standard paint scheme, but buyers could be special-order any color used for BMW automobiles. Production for the 1965 BMW R50/2 numbered about 2,100 units. SOURCED FROM HAGERTY.COM 1965 BMW R50/2 494cc Original Paint. Pristine example of a rare white BMW R50/2. Believed to be original paint from all discernable items. Engine and Frame # 641148. In the early 1950s, BMW concentrated on refining what were essentially pre-war designs, but by 1955 was ready with a brace of new machines, the R50 and R69. Of (nominally) 500cc and 600cc respectively, the newcomers inherited the up-dated flat-twin engine introduced on the R51/3 a few years previously but deployed this in all-new cycle parts, the most notable innovations being the Earles-type leading-link front fork and swinging-arm rear suspension enclosing the drive-shaft in the right leg - developments first seen on the works racers. Luxury tourers, the R50 and R69 sold to discerning enthusiasts to whom expense mattered little when set against the excellence of BMW engineering. At the end of 1954, BMW dropped its existing trio of flat twins - the R51/3, R67/2 and R68 - replacing them with the R50 and R69. The Testarossa has a naturally aspirated 4.9 L (4,943 cc) longitudinally-mounted, 180° Ferrari flat-12 engine. The engine has DOHC 4 valves per cylinder (48 valves in total) and is lubricated via a dry sump system. The engine has a compression ratio of 9.20:1. These combine to provide a maximum power of 287 kW (390 PS; 385 hp) at 6,300 rpm and maximum torque of 490 N·m (361 lb·ft) at 4,500 rpm. The Testarossa can accelerate from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.8 seconds. SOURCED FROM WIKIPEDIA This 1990 Ferrari Testarossa is an original. It is very tight and runs great. Took it for a 90 mile drive on the highway, drove very smooth, engine runs very well, handles wonderfully, and the engine ran flawlessly staying cool the entire time. It has had the normal required Engine out Belt service recently, and only about 100 miles since the service. This car is ready for the next collector to enjoy and love. This car is very clean and we treated it with great care, occasional Sunday driver. Next owner can comfortably drive it as much as they please, it is very tight. I had the full engine out service done and it's running wonderful! Nice Original, not museum quality, shows light wear, but very nice overall and runs / drives very well. YES this the famous Testarossa that was in JLo's music video. She was all over this car! Beautiful car. It is badged 512tr and Testarossa, so that's cool! It has just had a full maintenance and runs wonderfully. Starts easy, runs smooth, & brakes well. Interior is in great condition, just a little wear /tear on the driver seat (easy fix), exterior is in great condition, penny size paint bubble on left side, otherwise perfect. Testarossa & can drive as much as you'd like. These Testarossa dream cars won't be this affordable long. They may rise up to $200k to $300k in the next 10 years. 1966 Corvette Coupe, C2 L-79 350HP

For the 1966 Corvette, the big-block V8 came in two forms: 390 hp (290 kW) on 10.25:1 compression, and 425 bhp via 11:1 compression, larger intake valves, a bigger Holley four-barrel carburetor on an aluminum manifold, mechanical lifters, and four- instead of two-hole main bearing caps. Though it had no more horsepower than the previous high-compression 396, the 427 cu in (7,000 cc), 430 hp (320 kW) V8 packed a lot more torque – 460 lb·ft (624 N·m) vs. 415 lb·ft (563 N·m). 1980 Honda "Africa Twin" XRV750 RD04

The Africa Twin is a large, dual sport bike, powered by a softly tuned V-twin engine. It has twin headlights, a windscreen, and a long dual seat which stretches back from the tank to an aluminium grabrail and plastic coated luggage rack. An aluminium bashplate protects the bottom of the engine from flying rocks and impacts. The engine is a 742 cc, 6-valve, four spark plug, liquid-cooled V-twin. The long-travel suspension insulates the rider from uneven surfaces. The brakes are twin discs at the front and single disc at the rear. SOURCED FROM WIKIPEDIA 1980 Honda "Africa Twin"XRV750 RD04. A very nice example of a Bold Bike that is becoming highly collectible. By the end of the 1970s, the French motorcycle adventurer Thierry Sabine came with one of the greatest racing ideas motorsport has even known: the Paris-Dakar. For the motorcycle competition, the event gathered the boldest riders and pushed manufacturers to develop some bikes that could put up with that intense rally. The Paris Dakar was a great endurance test for the manufacturers and their bikes, but also a powerful communication tool to support that new dual sport segment to the typical rider. In the middle of the 1980s, the Honda Racing Corporation started working on a new bike that could bring success to the brand via the Paris Dakar which led to the birth of the NXR750V. This bike and its evolution the NXR800V permitted Honda and their riders to win 4 Paris Dakar in a row between 1986 and 1989. Backed by this success, on the 20th of May 1988 Honda released the Africa Twin XRV650, presenting it in the same colors as the winning Rally bike in blue, white and red. The first version, RD03, featured a 647cc water-cooled V-twin producing 56hp, while its evolution, the RD04, had its engine bumped to 742cc now producing 62hp. The 1990 Africa Twin RD04 we present to you here has about 49K miles and looks well preserved with its original paint and decals. Only few scratches can be found on the tank. A very nice example of a Bold Bike that is becoming highly collectible.
1971 Honda CB750 K-1 Gold

Cradled in a twin-downtube frame, the air-cooled SOHC 736cc inline four-cylinder engine was mounted transversely, and it wrapped four gleaming pipes. The smooth-running four was fueled by four easily synched 28mm Keihin carburetors. With bore and stroke of 61mm x 63mm and a conservative 9.0:1 compression ratio, it produced 67 hp at 8,000 rpm and 44 lb-ft of torque at 7,000 rpm. This output translates to a 125-mph top speed. Each year they become a little slower because the US government was adding tougher restrictions to limit pollution. So the air filters, mufflers and various other parts were modified to restrict both noise and pollution. The 1969 and 1970 models were the fastest but truly had new bike teething problems. The 1971 model has become one of the most desirable as it still retained great performance yet had shed any new model bugs. We offer a nearly pristine 1971 CB750 with fully restored motor and metal work. A fantastic high grade restoration. Fresh rebuilt motor with new cam chains and pistons guides, re-chromed original fenders, rims and small parts, polished and powder-coated original parts, vapor blasted carbs and gold zinc linkage bolts and nuts. 1974 Indian mini cycle w/ side car

The Indian MM-5A, also known as the Indian Mini Mini, was a mini bike designed for little children (4-5 year olds) to become familiar with motorcycles, but also the Indian brand. Everything about this bike is small. The top speed was 10-12 miles per hour – so slow because the intake manifold is absolutely minuscule. The engine is a 50cc unit made by Morini, producing all of 1.5 horsepower. It weighed just 57 pounds, and was equipped with a centrifugal clutch, no transmission. You got a twist throttle and two hand brakes, one for each wheel. It’s just 18 inches tall. SOURCED FROM BIKE-URIOUS.COM 1974 Indian mini cycle w/ side car - Extremely Rare mini with factory sidecar. Original paint in very good condition, has not been started, but it has good compression and everything seems sound. Will probably run fine with a simple check up. VIN: 35793. The 101 Scout has been called the best motorcycle Indian ever made. It had a new frame with more fork rake, a longer wheelbase, and a lower seat height. The geometry of the 101 Scout wheelbase, steering head angle and rear sub-frame were all adopted from the new Indian 401 model which was under development at the same time. This bike has been featured in many of the books on a Indian models and history. It has won numerous concourse events and runs great. 1938 Indian 4 Cylinder

The 1938 and ’39 Indian Fours were a hurry-up redesign after the unpopular ‘upside down’ fours of 1936-37. Indian returned the cylinder heads to IOE, now in aluminum, delivering about 40 HP with an easy tuning potential for a reliable 50 HP. They were 100-plus MPH machines, with a solid chassis, stable handling and reliable motors. The first ‘all Indian’ Fours of 1929 weighed about 455 pounds, and the 1938 version had hardly gained weight for its power increase, tipping the scales at 480 pounds. You won't find a nicer correct 1938 four. 1938 Indian fours are the most desirable, they have the most modern powerful motor and a much lighter weight than later ones. 1990 Honda GB500 TT

The four-valve single cylinder engine featured a radial four-valve combustion chamber, along with a tubular frame, wire-spoked wheels with alloy rims, clip-on handlebars, solo seat, seat hump, and pin-striped fuel tank. The styling resembled TT single-cylinder racing bikes (such as the Manx Norton, the BSA Gold Star and the AJS 7R) that were prominent in the TT until the 1960s. The GB500 was a fine-handling machine with a wheelbase of 1,410 mm (56 in). SOURCED FROM WIKIPEDIA 1990 Honda GB500 TT - The Honda GB 500 came on the market as a replica Of the cafe racer singles of the 1960's. It was a wonderful over head camp single with sporty performance but over priced and didn't sell well. The following year they were closed out at discount pricing very Quickly and has been a high demand cult bike ever since. With low production they have continuously risen in value. This bike belonged to long time Triumph dealer Bob Raber of San Jose California. He put high mileage on his favorite bike. According to Bob it was running fine when last used. It will require a New battery and recommissioning before use. VIN: JH2PC1616LK100129. Sold with original Raber Title and BOS. Good condition , with a damaged muffler needs recommissioning. A husband and wife, two school teachers had retired and decided to take a cross country trip on their new bikes. Within a few days the wife injured her foot and was not able to ride again. Hoping that eventually she would heal they kept the bike. The husband put many thousands of miles in his with her as passenger, but sadly she could never use hers.
1967 Triumph T20M Mountain Cub

The Cub’s engine was a 199cc (63mm x 64mm bore and stroke) air-cooled, dry sump, OHV 4-stroke single with an iron cylinder and alloy head. The built-up crankshaft spun on a drive-side ball bearing with a plain bush on the timing side, and started out with a roller bearing connecting rod big end (changed to a plain bearing around 1956). Primary drive to the wet multi-plate clutch was by chain, while the 4-speed countershaft gearbox was housed in a separate chamber cast in-unit with the engine. An alternator powered the 6-volt electrical system, with the ignition points mounted in a housing on top of the timing cover. The engine breathed through an Amal Monobloc carburetor (though a Zenith instrument was also used during the late 1950s). This Mountain Cub, previously owned by the director Bruce Brown. Single cylinder 197cc . Shows 1,377 miles on its odometer. Acquired by a friend of the family shortly before the filmmaker's death in 2017. . As it has been sitting for some time, it will require a recommissioning if interested in riding. Appears complete with an engine that turns over freely. . A copy of the bill of sale signed by Bruce Brown will accompany the motorcycle. A simple motorcycle that had a profound influence on the making of "On Any Sunday". While it would be a stretch to say Triumph's 200cc Mountain Cub was wholly responsible for the making of everyone's all-time favorite motorcycle movie, there's no doubt the trail bike played a role in the concept stages of On Any Sunday, director Bruce Brown's cinematic ode to motorcycle sport. A self-taught filmmaker and avid surfer, Brown was eking out a living showing his surf flicks at rented gymnasiums when he hit it big in 1966 with The Endless Summer, a tale of two surf bums who travel the globe in search of the perfect wave. For his efforts in popularized surfing, Brown was named as the fifth most influential surfer of all time by Surfer magazine and was later inducted into the Surfers' Hall of Fame. With an unaccustomed flush bank account, Brown traded in his Honda 50cc step-through for a Triumph Mountain Cub, which led to cowtrailing, enduro riding, desert racing, a friendship with actor/rider Steve McQueen and eventually to On Any Sunday, the semi-documentary about the pastime both men loved. The movie remains a favorite of motorcyclists almost a half-century after its debut. Filming began in late 1969, funded by $300,000 from McQueen through his Solar production company. Anchored by Mert Lawwill's ill-fated 1970 AMA title defense and by the ever-smiling Malcolm Smith's far-flung off-road adventures. On Any Sunday opened in July of 1971 in Los Angeles where it broke all-time attendance records. It was nominated for the Best Documentary Academy Award that year. By the works records of this Series-A Twin, the engine number of this machine is assumed to be made in the last month of 1938 (V1016). It was one of the early production units. From the short time that this bike was manufactured, all production was subsequently stopped within a few months. The forward frame #DV 1755 was made near the end of production. This meant that the bike benefitted from strides in improvement which were made to harness the power and stress of this fast, new engine. There is no discernable number on the rear member. We know that engine # V1016 was built in December 1938. Along and with most of its other parts this was sold to the “Guru of Series-A machines”, Bob Stafford. The bike has been recently run a few times. Runs and stops well, it could use some final sorting of spark, timing, and brakes. It is a joy to behold and such an honor to have the “Mother of All Fast Iron”. It has a long and fascinating history of ownership by long-time members of the VOC community. We owe so much to the likes of Bob Stafford, David Dunfee, and Chas Williams for their foresight and enduring efforts to preserve the finest of all motorcycles: this Vincent HRD Series-A Twin. Production of the 230 SL commenced in June 1963 and ended on 5 January 1967. Its chassis was based on the W 111 sedan platform, with a reduced wheelbase by 30 cm (11.8 in), recirculating ball steering (with optional power steering), double wishbone front suspension and an independent single-joint, low-pivot swing rear-axle with transverse compensator spring. The dual-circuit brake system had front disc brakes and power-assisted rear drum brakes.[5] The 230 SL was offered with a 4-speed manual transmission, or an optional, very responsive fluid coupled (no torque converter) 4-speed automatic transmission, which was popular for US models. From May 1966, the ZF S5-20 5-speed manual transmission was available as an additional option, which was particularly popular in Italy. Of the 19,831 230 SLs produced, less than a quarter were sold in the US. The 2,308 cc (2.3 L) M127.II inline-six engine with 150 PS (110 kW; 148 hp) and 196 N_m (145 lb_ft) torque was based on Mercedes-Benz' venerable M180 inline-six with four main bearings and mechanical Bosch multi-port fuel injection. Mercedes-Benz made a number of modifications to boost its power, including increasing displacement from 2,197 cc (2.2 L), and using a completely new cylinder head with a higher compression ratio (9.3 vs. 8.7), enlarged valves and a modified camshaft. A fuel injection pump with six plungers instead of two was fitted, which allowed placing the nozzles in the cylinder head and "shooting" the fuel through the intake manifold and open valves directly into the combustion chambers.[6] An optional oil-water heat exchanger was also available. 1969 Porsche 911E - a gorgeous original 911E. The Porsche 911 is the most famous sports car of the German car manufacturer Porsche. The appearance of the car was designed by Ferdinand “Butzi” Porsche, grandson of Ferdinand Porsche, the founder of the Porsche brand. The known shape has hardly changed in the last 50 years. The Porsche 911E model was produced from 1969 to 1973. The 911E has been developed for more comfort than the 911S. The 911E is therefore positioned between the 911T (Touring) and the 911S (Super). The E stands for the German “Einspritzung”, which means injection. This “mechanical fuel injection, MFI” was developed by Bosch and Porsche. The 911E was supplied with a few unique features (fog light covers!) and includes a very nice package of paperwork, the original receipt, registration, manuals, tool kits, and more (please see photos). We also have a nice video of it running and it runs and drives beautifully. This 1969 Porsche 911 E coupe is in absolute fantastic condition. A very solid car with only one owner from new until just recently. All underbody is clean and solid. It is completely Original except for a single repaint to refresh it in the 1980's, literally everything looks to be in great condition. It is a ‘matching numbers’ car (with Certificate of Authenticity) and it is in the original factory colour with the original black interior. The engine, all mechanics and electricals have been well maintained and are in very nice working order. This Porsche is guaranteed to be a head turner and is ready to be enjoyed by its new owner!
