All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS check.

10% Buyer's Premium on all sales. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged to Ohio Residents.

Pickup date is Monday, September 14 from 9 AM until 1 PM at our office in Seville, OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment.

Pay for items at pickup. We accept Cash, Good Checks (with ID), and credit cards. We offer a 5% CASH discount (not check or credit card) for local buyers to help offset the sales tax cost.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS:

Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun.

See each lot description for shipping options and costs. We usually ship the next day after we receive payment. All firearms ship via USPS. Up to $600 insurance is included in the shipping cost. Additional insurance is extra, and optional. We do not ship ammunition.

We accept Credit Cards by phone, or you can mail us a Certified Check or USPS money order. 10% Buyer's Premium on all sales. Call us the day after the auction to make payment and shipping arrangements. We do NOT charge your card on file with Proxibid after the auction.

Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before bidding. We charge a $20 CFLC fee to ship guns to California FFL dealers. We do not ship firearms to California C&Rs.
