This Bid Box is to Be Used By Individuals That Wish To Bid on a Combination of Both Tracts as Though They Are A Single Tract. You Do Not Want Either Tract #1 or Tract #2 Individually. You Want Either Both of Them or Neither of Them. The Winning Bidder Cannot be Determined Until the Auction Closes. If the Total of the High Bid on Tract #1 Plus the High Bid on Tract #2 is Greater than the High Bid on Tract 3 and each of the Tracts have reached or exceeded the reserve price then the Tracts will Sell as Individual Tracts. If the Combination High Bid on Tract 3 is Greater than the Total of the Two Individual High Bids Then They Will Sell in Combination as One Tract Rather Than as Individual Tracts. In Case of a Tie Bid There Will Be A Private Bid Off Between The High Bidders.
