10% Buyer's Premium on all sales. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged to Ohio Residents.

Pickup date is Monday, October 26 from 9 AM until 2 PM at our office in Seville, OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment.

Pay for items at pickup. We accept Cash, Good Checks (with ID), and credit cards.

We offer a 5% CASH discount (not check or credit card) for local buyers to help offset the sales tax cost.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS:

Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun.

Call us the day after the auction to make arrangements for payment and shipping. We do NOT charge your credit card on file with Proxibid after the auction, so you will need to call us to make payment. We usually ship the next day after we receive payment.

We accept Credit Cards by phone, or you can mail us a Certified Check or USPS money order.

10% Buyer's Premium on all sales.

U.S. Springfield 1873 Trapdoor Rifle chambered for .45-70 Gov't. 32.5" barrel. Forestock has been shortened (Sporterized). S/N 55624 (1875 manufacture date). Fair to Good overall condition. Metal finish shows heavy patina, but no visible rust. Barrel has some deep marks near the end of the forearm. Good wood with some scratches and nicks, but no visible cracks. Sling swivel is missing on trigger guard. Mechanical condition seems to be very good. Bore has some pitting, but still shows strong rifling. T/C Scout also looks to be in proper mechanical condition, but has an incorrect forearm screw. It also has a ball (and possible powder charge) stuck in the barrel.
