Bid along with the Auctioneer in real-time online on Thursday, November 12th at 12 Noon ET, and/or place your pre-bids anytime. Bid with confidence knowing Auctioneer cannot see your high bid. Opening bids are LOW and do not reflect the value of any item. Contents of a large home located in beautiful Great Bear Country Club, East Stroudsburg, PA. YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, all items are sold as-is, where-is Proof of purchase and ID and copy of invoice is required. Please bring adequate helpers, tools, and supplies required to safely and completely remove your winnings, as none will be provided. REMOVAL DATE AND TIME: Sunday, November 15th, 10 AM - 4 PM Address will be provided to winning bidders. Lots not removed by the end of the removal period will be considered abandoned to the Estate. No refunds will be processed. VEHICLES: A $500 non-refundable security deposit will be charged to the credit card on file with Proxibid following the auction. Winning bidder of each must contact Auctioneer to notify us of how they plan on payment and removal of vehicles. Balance of payment must be paid for in cash, cashiers check or wire transfer. Credit cards will not be accepted for balance of vehicle purchase. Titles are in the hand of the estate and are clear titles. The estate administrator is located out of state, please allow time for title transfer. PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. No item will be released without payment in full and until funds have cleared our bank.
