Method and Terms Lot #0 (Sale Order 1 of 3) Both tracts will be sold for the total dollar amount, or lump sum. The tracts will not be offered for sale in combination or their entirety. Immediately following the auction, the successful buyer(s) will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the seller and pay ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
