THE SELLER WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL BIDS. THE BUYER AND SELLER WILL ENTER INTO A WRITTEN CONTRACT AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. THE FARMS HAVE OPEN TENANCY FOR THE 2021 CROP YEAR. A 10% DOWNPAYMENT WILL BE DUE ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. BALANCE WILL BE DUE AT CLOSING ON OR BEFORE MARCH 26, 2021.
