Terms and condition of sale for type 47 Liquor License
 

• There will be a 12% buyers premium paid to Fischer Auction. This will be a non-refundable deposit paid upon award of Bid.
• Balance to be deposited in escrow with certified funds within 48hrs
• The license will be sold free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. Liens to be paid through escrow (if any).
• Buyer and seller will split escrow fees 50/50
• Buyer will be responsible for any and all permits, fees, and renewals associated with the license transfer.
• Escrow will be mutually agreed upon between buyer and seller
• The sale will be non-contingent on eligibility of the person or premises.
