BEFORE you place a bid. We have a lot of new buyers that do not understand auctions and we want everyone to have a pleasant buying experience. So remember: All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied. All sales final. If you register and obtain a bidding number you agree to ALL of the terms of the auction (located on the bidding page). You pay for shipping if not picking up.
NC Bidders: Per NC DOR we must charge you sales tax on all purchases. Unlike some of the smaller auction companies that do not ship into NC that often, we have crossed the 200-lot threshold and must charge tax on all shipments per South Dakota vs Wayfair Supreme Court decision,
Bidders - Please make sure all of your contact information and credit card information is up to date Prior to participating in any of our auctions. All items are sold as is, where is. A $30 charge will be added to all declined credit cards.
Pick up Local buyers may pick up your purchases at our Gallery 315 location. Pick up dates are Thursday & Friday following the end of the auction. Thursday's 1 pm - 4 pm and Friday 9am til 12 noon ONLY.
WE ONLY SHIP AMMUNITION TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON FILE WITH PROXIBID UNLESS WE HAVE TO SHIP TO AN FFL DEALER OR AMMUNITION VENDOR IN YOUR STATE. Shipping - All out of state purchases will be shipped Unless you notify us at the end of the auction that you will be picking up. Please KNOW your state laws regarding shipments and ownership of firearms and ammunition.
- CALIFORNIA & metropolitan areas of NEW YORK REQUIRE AN FFL for shipping of ammunition. Please email those to firearms@mpa-sc.com.
- CONNECTICUT, ILLINOIS, MASSACHUSETTS & NEW JERSEY require a photo ID carry permit or FOID license copy. Please email those to firearms@mpa-sc.com.
- We CANNOT ship ammunition to the following states; Alaska & Hawaii.
If a required FFL or ID is NOT received within 30 days after the close of the auction, the buyer will incur storage fees and item(s) will be resold in an upcoming auction at commission price. An invoice will be sent from Shipping Saint for the cost of shipping, please pay promptly to get your items on their way.
