Thank you for your interest in our auction. This is a storage liquidation auction. It is different from our other auctions and has different terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before you bid:
-ALL UNITS ARE AS IS, WHERE IS. These lockers have only been opened to have pictures taken. We have not examined the contents. When you purchase a unit you are purchasing all the contents as they are.
-ALL INVOICES WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A $5 PER UNIT HANDLING FEE. This will be applied to your invoice at the end of the auction.
-THE AUCTION IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION. There will be no auctioneer or staff onsite during the auction.
-BUYERS WILL HAVE 3 DAYS TO CLEAR OUT THEIR UNITS. We, CFA, will be on site Monday-Wednesday (June 7-9) to facilitate pick up with the on site crew. We will be on site 10am-4pm each day.
-PICK UP WILL NOT BE AT OUR LOCATION. ALL ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION ARE HELD AT PACIFIC RELOCATION SERVICES' OFFICE:

-IF ANY UNITS ARE NOT CLEANED OUT BY WEDNESDAY JUNE 9TH THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM PARTICIPATING IN FUTURE AUCTIONS.
-THERE IS ONLY LOCAL PICK UP AVAILABLE. NO SHIPPING.
