Please review the following terms and conditions prior to bidding!! Please do not bid on terms!Thank you for participating in this auction, we appreciate your business! Terms for this auction: 10% Online Buyer's Premium. All purchases or multiple purchases totaling under $2,000.00 will be paid for by a good business or personal check, cash or credit card (with a 5% fee for credit cards). All purchases over $2,000.00 will have to be paid for by wire transfer (with a $25 fee). Wires will need to be sent from successful buyers on Wednesday, August 11th. If you cannot meet these terms, please do not bid.
New Buyer must provide seller/rigging company with a certificate of liability insurance prior to dismantle.

Once dismantle begins, it must be completed. No breaks for a extended time.

Dismantling can not take place during the month of October, 2021 due to harvest activity on the farm.

Grain Leg and Down Spouts must be removed by Sept 15th 2021.

Holding Bins and Grain Bins must be removed by July 1st 2022.

Inspection by appointment.
