The Olson Farm will be sold in one individual tract as a multiplier of 80 times the money per acre bid. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Total dollar amount will be of purchase price will be included on purchase agreement.
$30,000 to be due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 30 days, on or before Friday, October 22, 2021 upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing subject to the rights of the tenant in possession. Farm is leased for 2021 crop year. Farm lease is terminated for 2022 crop year.
