ABSOLUTE! Collector Car Auction NOTE: Please keep checking back we are adding pics daily. You can also view addt'l pics at our website at www.gibbsauctionservice.net NO MINIMUMS, NO RESERVES, NO KIDDING! Every car and all items sell to the highest bidder. Only the cars listed in catalog will be part of the proxibid online bidding. This is an amazing estate of as-found cars from all eras. Well known, long time local resident whose passion was premium vehicles that will be offered up to sell at public auction. Gibbs Auction is honored to have the opportunity to auction off the private collection of the late Michael S. Smith Investment quality autos….rare and hard to find. Auctioneer’s Note: ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE DAY OF THE AUCTION TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ANY PRINTED ITEMS OR POSTINGS All questions and inquiries on these vehicles are more than welcomed. We will do our best to share any information that we are aware of. Both Gibbs Auction Service Inc. as well as the executors of this estate are not completely confident on the status of these cars. We have minimal knowledge on where they were purchased, the actual mileage, when they were driven last, or any mechanical issues that they may have. They will all be sold As-Is to the highest bidder, please consider prior to bidding. This is an as found estate and the executors have pursued measures to at least get the automobiles to start up and idle. All of these vehicles have been stored indoors for quite some time, they will most definitely need to be inspected prior to being road worthy. Please contact us with any questions and we will do our best to answer to our knowledge. This will be a fun, rapid run auction with many investment opportunities. Hope to see you there for this rare chance to purchase a gem of collectible history. Automobiles offered will include: 1937 Cord 812 2 door, convertible. Fully operational, many factory options. Only 56,634 miles! Rare and highly collectible. An inspection under the car to look at the rear axle, motor cross member, and check of the casting numbers on the engine indicates that this may actually be a genuine Mr. Norm Dart OR an exceptional tribute car. Only Mopar experts will be able to tell if this car is “correct”. The actual paperwork is unavailable, therefore we have to sell this one as a tribute. Dark blue, black top and interior. A beast of a car! 1980 Auburn Boat-Tail Speedster Replica 27,905 miles, Modern Ford V-8 automatic (351 or 390). Lot #9 (Sale Order 9 of 13)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances in working thru the logistics of getting the 1936 Cord Westchester (we will label it as the “Red Cord”) to the auction site, we will need to sell this vehicle at the LIVE auction by the photos we have posted on our web site. If interested in this vehicle and were planning on attending the live portion of the auction to see this in person, it won't be there. However we do want to offer a private showing where it is currently located should you have interest. We ask that you contact us at the below numbers for appt. The front end has been removed and will require special transportation. This collector car happened to have been one of the last cars the owner was working on; the transmission, newly REBUILT engine, radiator, bumpers, wheels, and other parts removed are located w/the vehicle for you to collect. To see in person, we will have someone available by appt. on Fri., October 15th from 11am-3pm and then again on auction day from 10am-12pm Sat. the 16th. We have uploaded extra detailed photos specific to this vehicle on our web site and what a beaut it is! It was last driven approx. in 2005, prior to disassembly. The interior is in immaculate condition; it is a solid vintage car that needs front end reassembled; 65k miles on odometer and title. Again, please contact us if you’d like to set up an appt to see this gem of a car! Either of these numbers can be reached 740-983-1110 or 740-604-1011 to make an appt. 4 door sedan, (This car is partially disassembled, but we think we have all the components to complete the build…engine, trans, front axle and brakes are out of it, but will be sold with it. Engine has been professionally rebuilt.) A rare and excellent investment project! 65,617 miles per title.
