1974 Ford Ranchero Classic. Lot #5269 (Sale Order 4 of 7) Year: 1974
Make: Ford Model: Ranchero Transmission: Automatic Location: Richmond, Va Notes From Seller: This car has been tucked away in a barn for 20+ years as you can see from the inspection of 1999 it was the last time it was on the road. Engine marked as a 460 V8, automatic transmission, air conditioning, factory eight track stereo and very intact original car. From what we can see also very very rust free other than moderate surface rusting on the chassis and one paint mobile over the left fender well. Not sure if this paint design and package was part of any kind of sport trim or not no real research is available. We did install a new battery poured a little gas in the carburetor, fires up and runs. Due to sitting this will need the typical items serviced and/or possibly rebuilt, carburetor fuel system, tuneup, and possibly other things. We have driven this vehicle up and down the road so it does run and operate currently |

1963 FORD GALAXIE 500 Vin# 3P68Z166474 Lot #5274 (Sale Order 7 of 7) Year: 1963
Make: Ford Model: Galaxy Mileage: 76,033 Trim: 500 XL Body Type: 2 Door Hardtop Classic. Location: Richmond, VA Seller Notes: 1963 Ford Galaxy 500 XL 2 door Hardtop Classic. This car appears to have the rare 406 motor with three deuce carburetors and a four-speed transmission. According to the build plate this car was a 390 engine not a 406 we can only represent what we see and what emblem show etc, feel free to do any research you would like. This car is an amazing combination of an original car as well as a proper Chalkmark restoration. As you can see from the photos all proper decals, tags marking, stainless and chrome trim everything completely intact. Trunk liner still intact as well as spare tire jack etc., split bucket seats with console, all dash and components completely original and factory. Interior we would have to claim a 9.9 of 10 even the headliner is tight and perfect. Unusual drivers mirror and spot light option, as well as correct white wall tires, full fitted hubcaps and even then proper air breather system. Body and paint finish of this car are very decent quality considering it has sat for a very long period of time. Could use a professional buff wax etc but for sure extreme driver quality cruise in or collection piece. Doors open and close like brand new not one single drag at all, windows operate properly and the car drives like a dream. We just serviced and inspected this car, rebuilt the carbs and other misc items performed. Starts runs and drives great. |
