OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. LOCAL BUYERS: Pickup date is Monday, November 8, 2021 from 9 AM until 1 PM at our office in Westfield Twp. (Seville), OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment (within 3 days after the auction, please). All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS background check. Ohio residents will have the option of paying CASH during the pickup time for a 5% discount. If you don't pay cash during the scheduled pickup time, then your card on file will be charged immediately afterwards. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location).

SALE HIGHLIGHT: Set of (4) Colt 1911 .45 ACP World War I Commemorative semi-auto pistols, with original display cases. All matching serial numbers (S/N 1849). All are in excellent, unfired and unhandled condition. Our consignor purchased them new in 1968, and said that he never even removed the magazines. Display cases have some light nicks and scuffs from 50+ years of storage, but the pistols are exquisite. Set includes Battle of Chateau-Thierry Commemorative (S/N 1849-CT), Meuse-Argonne Offensive Commemorative (S/N 1849-MA), Battle of Belleau Wood Commemorative (S/N 1849-BW), and 2nd Battle of the Marne Commemorative (S/N 1849-M2). Winchester Model 97 12 gauge pump action shotgun. Customized for Cowboy action shooting. Barrel has been shortened to 18", and mag tube appears to have been shortened (barrel still shows marks from where the original length mag tube was). Choke is marked Cyl, and it mics at .725 (which would be Cylinder choke). This was probably a 26" Brush Gun when it left the factory. Very Good refinished condition. Metal has been reblued, and has some wear at the contact points. No rust or pitting. Stock appears to have been refinished, and has some nicks and scratches. Action is tight and solid. Winchester 1892 Saddle Ring carbine chambered for .44 W.C.F. (.44-40). S/N 183323 - 1900 manufacture date. Good Overall condition. Receiver retains approx. 50% of original bluing, and has some scratches and scuffs. Barrel bluing is approx. 70%, and has some patina and freckling. Wood has many scratches and nicks from 120+ years of use, but no visible cracks or chips. Bore is bright and shiny with good rifling, but has some shallow pitting in a few spots.
