Barrel length is 2". Finish is blue. Grips are checkered hard rubber with Savage Quality Indian Chief Logo. The serial number on this prototype is 1007M. It is general knowledge that only about 20 of these pistols have serial numbers. This .25 has the wide type slide serrations. Trigger and mag release latch carry near 100% case color. Safety lever is fire blued as is takedown lever. This rare gun would rate at 96-97% with original high polish finish. Also has the original blue and has not been redone. Finish has some light scratches. Muzzle has minor wear. Grip safety near 97%, magazine is near 100% and is unmarked. Bottom of frame has a few minor mars. Very minor edge wear on this early Savage. This pistol came from the Lenny Bade estate. He purchased this pistol in 1997 and it was kept until his passing. This .25 Savage has a reserve of $10,000. SN-1007M

Savage .25 ACP Semi-Auto Pistol

This is the pistol that all the Savage collectors have heard about. Barrel length is 2". Finish is blue. High polish. Grips are Mother-of-Pearl with Savage Chief emblem in center. These grips are held by a center screw. This is the only .25 auto Savage made this way. This is a prototype with no serial number. Overall condition is at 98%. Finish has a few fine scratches. Mag release and trigger carry 100% case color. One small ding in front of chamber on right side. Slide serrations are of the wide style. The magazine has some wear at base, otherwise 95%. Sharp edges on this one of a kind shows a little silver. Safety lever and takedown lever are spring steel and show fire blue. Bore is excellent. This 25 auto Savage is one of a kind. Grip safety is 100%. This pistol was also owned by Lenny Bade and was purchased by him in 1997. This .25 Caliber Savage has a reserve of $15,000. SN-None

Bore is average with some roughness. Overall condition is at 80%. Usual take down mars. Comes with factory two-tone mag that is correct for this pistol. Good honest gun. There is a flap holster by Perkins and Campbell of Cincinnati, OH that was contracted by the government to product holsters for WWI. The markings on the holster can be translated as follows: B 13 MG 38 stands for B Company, 13th Infantry, machine gun issue or trooper number 38. R.J.M. is the gov't. inspector; identity unknown. From Auto mag. Vol. 26, Issue 7, Oct. 1993. The Colt #218420 was shipped to the commanding officer, Ordinance Depot #6, American Expedition Forces in France on January 3rd, 1918. Emmett Thomas was issued the Colt and fought in France during WWI. He was gassed in Argone but survived and returned home bringing the Colt and holster with him. SN-218420

Undecorated 5 shot round cylinder was remade for conversion. Has same proof marks plus a crown/ELG Star oval liege mark. Solid frame is marked Starr Arms Co. New York at left and on right Starr's pat. Jan 15, 1856. Two conjoined AR marks and large threaded thru-bolt at recoil shield. The latter being added at time of conversion. Has serial number and proof mark at front. Integral sawhandle backstrap and separate loop trigger guard. One piece hardwood grips with rivet at top. Originally mfg'd. circa 1860's with full blued finish but case hardened lever, hammer and trigger. Conversion was an armory quality rework. Retains about 80% dull military style blue with scattered light frosting. Hammer and trigger shows about 70% case color. Grips were replaced when conversion was done. Lanyard ring missing at bottom of grip. Bore is excellent. Came out of the John Ackerman Collection. SN-12309

This is a Savage Arms combo gun. Calibers are .22 Win Mag over 20 gauge 2-3/4 and 3". Stocks are hard wood. Barrel length is 24". Finish is blue. Bores are excellent. Stock has been shortened and recoil pad added. Length of pull is 12". Action is gloss black. Top barrel is cut for 3/8 scope mount. Overall condition is at 90%. Action opening lever is on right side. Barrel selector on hammer. Nice starter gun for youngster or petite lady. SN-None

Blade length is 16-13/16". Overall length is at 21 5/8". Scabbord Od green stitched leather with steel tip. Overall condition is fine with little use. Handles are wood with a few minor dings. A little patina below belt hangers. Great shape on this 1917.

First is a Rogers and Spencer .44 Caliber revolver. Barren length is 8-1/4". Finish on barrel is blue with case colored frame. Grips are hard wood. His revolver was converted to center fire after the Civil War. Single action. Cylinder does not rotate properly and needs timed. All finish has been redone. The second is a Smith & Wesson Top Break 5-Shot Revolver in .38 S & W. Overall condition is at 15% with lots of patina over all. Grips are checkered hard rubber and are in good shape. Bore is above average. Action works properly and is single or double action. Last patent date 1880. Barrel length 3-1/4". SN-38969 & 5348

Doughboy Helmet & Entrenching Tool Made in Japan.

The first is a WWI doughboy helmet. No marks. Steel is well palinaed. Has leather liner in tact. Chinstrap is leather and has a few inches gone. The second item is a GI entrenching tool made in Japan. No cover, just shovel. About average shape. Shows patina and lots of use.
