HIGHLIGHT Incised 3 1/2" Crescent Bannerstone, Haldeman Island, Dauphin Co., PA. Found on Haldeman Island (836 total acres) in Dauphin Co., PA in the early 1950's by Mr. Titus Enders. This is highly incised including cross hatch/weave/grid patterns as well as zig-zag and horizontal/vertical lines. Titus stated the following on this piece: "I wasn't even going to go that morning. It ended up being the 1st plow of the season after a rain. I remember seeing them (animals) rigged up to the plows on that island. This day I was hunting the northeastern end where there was a larger high-spot on the island. I found this bannerstone mostly on top of the dirt within the plow marks. Lots of great peices came from that area. This was one of my best finds". Comes with original box it was housed in since it was found.

HIGHLIGHT Huge 6 7/8" Ashtabula/Sus Broad Point- Gloucester Co., NJ, 1936, Ex: Savidge. Great history on this beauty. Found by Ms. DiMatter on the Dimatter Farm on Delsea Drive in the town of Malaga in Gloucester Co., NJ in 1936. This flintridge material has been imported into the state demonstrating the vast trade network during the transitional period. The style represents an Ashtabula type with a "hint" of Susquehanna Broadpoint style. There is a stone defect impacting the base of the point as well as ancient tip bur/sliver off the side of the tip (see close up pictures). Overall a very nice point--one of the largest I have seen from the Northeast! Ex: Dick Savidge Collection
