The Valorie Lines farm will be sold as 1 tract as a multiplier of 74 cropland acres times the money per acre bid. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Total dollar amount will be of purchase price will be included on purchase agreement.
$25,000 due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 30 days, on or before July 20, 2022 upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing subject to the rights of the tenant in possession. All 2022 cash rent is retained by the Seller.
