Buyer Responsible for All Insurance, Postage, Shipping/Packing Materials, and Labor/Time to Prepare Package.

Auctions that take place at our warehouse will most likely be shipped in-house, auctions that take place off-site, UPS will generally handle the shipment of smaller packages and items. Large items will likely be handled by Craters and Freighters. We suggest you contact either company for any specific related questions. UPS also offers nationwide freight.
FEES:
This auction has a 20% buyers premium. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $120.00 - NO TAX CHARGED, TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN THE BUYERS PREMIUM FEE.
LOADOUT INFO: Please bring your own help to load your items. Some items are located throughout the building, some upstairs, some downstairs. Elevators are out of service. NO FORKLIFT ONSITE FOR LOADOUT OF INDUSTRIAL MACHINES - Please text Tom if you need some arrangements for a loader of industrial tools. There will be a fee for loadout, likely an off-site rep or a forklift will need to be rented.
