Terms and Conditions Lot #2 (Sale Order 2 of 8) Terms- Cash with a 10% non-refundable down payment due day of the auction with the balance due at closing which will be on or before the 20th of June 2022. Title insurance and closing service fees will be split 50/50 between buyer and seller. Winning internet bidders will be subject to a 2% buyer’s premium. Onsite bidders will not be subject to buyer’s premium. Announcements made day of the auction will take precedence over any promotional material.
