Auction will take place on site May 18th, at 11:00 am central standard time.This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to purchase large parcels of land with some of the most beautiful natural scenery still in existence. Bordering the Keya Paha River, these properties are thick with wildlife that has had very little hunting pressure. These pieces of ground are mostly being utilized as pasture or for native grass hay, however large farmer friendly areas could be utilized for alfalfa or row crops. Up for public auction will be 4 parcels of Keya Paha County NE land. We will not be tying the parcels together at any point.

Terms and Conditions

Lot #2 (Sale Order 2 of 8)

Terms- Cash with a 10% non-refundable down payment due day of the auction with the balance due at closing which will be on or before the 20th of June 2022. Title insurance and closing service fees will be split 50/50 between buyer and seller. Winning internet bidders will be subject to a 2% buyer’s premium. Onsite bidders will not be subject to buyer’s premium. Announcements made day of the auction will take precedence over any promotional material. Peterson Auctioneers is representing the sellers in this transaction.
