The Blank Family Farm will be sold as 2 tracts as a multiplier of 115 and 160 cropland acres times the money per acre bid. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Total dollar amount will be of purchase price will be included on purchase agreement.
$50,000 per tract due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 30 days, on or before July 27, 2022 upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing subject to the rights of the tenant in possession. Farm Lease assigned to buyer. Second half cash rent payment will go to buyer due 1/5/23.
