Alderfer Auction presents the liquidation of the former Philadelphia Sports Club at Highpoint in Chalfont, PA. The swim club, tennis club, and fitness facility have served the local community since the 1970’s. The auction will be offered in two parts. Part 1 will close Tuesday, May 31st beginning at 10:00 AM and Part 2 will close Wednesday, June 1st beginning at 10:00 AM

All Winning Bidders must provide all necessary help, personnel, equipment (if needed), and packing material for removal of your items
If you are unable to make the scheduled pick-up days and would like to inquire about our transport service, please call 215-393-3009 or email transport@alderferauction.com prior to the auction close.
For an additional fee, Alderfer Auction may be able to transport your items back to the auction center in Hatfield, PA for you to pick-up within 5 business days. Additional fees will be applied to your invoice for this service. Many items in this specific auction do not qualify for our transport services. The majority of items in this auction are not available for Alderfer Transport Services. NO shipping is available for this auction.

Alderfer Auction presents the liquidation of the former Philadelphia Sports Club at Highpoint in Chalfont, PA. The swim club, tennis club, and fitness facility have served the local community since the 1970’s. Many items are being offered for the pool such as Wibit inflatables, a two-story slide tower, a diving board, lane markers, lifeguard chairs, lounge chairs and more. Tennis club items include a Yeadon Fabric Tennis Court Dome, quality benches, court dividing netting/drapes, surface cleaners, and more. As you go through the health club you’ll find fitness offerings in the way of weights, team benches, basketball hoops, soccer goals, volleyball nets, gymnastics equipment, gym mats, and rock climbing wall panels. Also offered are cleaning supplies, an industrial washing machine, and industrial dryers. Daycare items include Little Tikes toys, changing tables, storage cubbies, and Playland Playground equipment. Other highlights include True Commercial refrigerators, tools, outdoor sheds. picnic tables, archery equipment, bamboo flooring, and much more.
