Alderfer Auction presents the retirement liquidation auctions for Advanced Office Environments. AOE has been a premier office workspace environment company providing commercial interior solutions to the greater Philadelphia area since the mid 1980's. As they transition into retirement, Alderfer's is offering the first phase of their liquidation in a two-part auction featuring their warehousing and material handling assets. This includes commercial warehouse equipment, shipping and moving supplies, power tools, hardware, automotive accessories, shop items, and more.
Parts 1 and 2 will Feature:
Equipment:
Caterpillar, Crown and Yale Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Industrial Sweeper, Pallets, Pallet Rack Shelving and Decking, Warehouse Shelves, Shrink Wrap and Corrugated Wrap, Dock Plates, Dock Ramps, Scaffolding, Industrial Fans, Lighting.
Material Handling Supplies:
A-Frame and Rolling Carts, Commercial Bins, Dollies, Hand Trucks, Shipping Blankets, Shrink Wrap.
Office Furniture:
Metal Cabinets and Bins, Modular Office furniture, Printer Ink, White Boards, and Desk supplies.
Shop and Automotive Items:
Anti-Freeze, Cleaning Supplies and Sanitizers, Diesel Fuel Supplements, Fire Extinguishers, Motor Oil, Drop Cloths, Wheel Chocks, and Safety Equipment such as Hats, Goggles, and Vests.
Tools:
Air Compressors, Bandsaws, Ladders, Nail Guns, Routers, Steam Cleaner, Table Saws, Wet/Dry Vacs, Work Benches, Vise Grips. Tools by Bosch, Craftsman, DeWalt, Hitachi, Milwaukee, Makita, Porter Cable, Ridgid, and Grizzly. Hardware includes Drill Bits, Bolts, Grip Strips, Screws, Saw Blades, Toggle Bolts and more.
This is the first phase of auctions in a series of auctions for AOE. Upcoming sales will feature high-end commercial and office furniture including seating, desks, tables, and more. Delivery vehicles and vans will also be offered as well as additional material handling and warehousing equipment.

Monday, June 20th from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM by appointment only.
All Winning Bidders must provide all necessary help, personnel, equipment (if needed), and packing material for removal of your items
The majority of items being sold in this auction are not eligible for Alderfer's Transport Services. Buyer will be responsible for removing their own items with the appropriate equipment and vehicle.
