They have built a new plant at their original location in Euless, Tx and are ready to sell the first asphalt plant they have owned and operated since 1981. This is a functioning and operating and very well maintained plant. The sale of this plant will be an online only timed auction with bids opening up on August 6th and start closing close on August 16th beginning at 10AM. The whole plant is available to purchase in its entirety before the timed auction opens but if not purchased by August 5th the bidding will open and the plant will be sold to the highest bidder in 10 separate lots (See details about submitting a bid below). The winning bidder will be responsible for providing everything needed to take down and remove and ship plant and be fully insured. The winning bidder must have everything removed in 90 days after auction ends or daily storage penalties/fees will be applied. This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60 second extension will be added.

Applicable Texas Sales Tax will be charged at this auction – if you are exempt please send you tax EXEMPTION documentation before the auction. Buyers Premium of 12 % will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction.

Please have all items removed as soon as is reasonably possible. All items must be removed within 90 days after the auction – by Monday, November 14 – If all items aren’t removed by that date daily storage fees will begin. The buyer will be responsible for rigging down and removing all items (there will be no assistance provided by Blackmon Auctions nor Reynolds). Anyone rigging and removing items must present full insurance (liability etc.) before beginning work on the Reynolds yard.
