Method & Terms Lot #0 (Sale Order 1 of 2) This lot is informational and may be used for test bidding - place your actual bids below on Lot #1. The Leininger real estate will be sold in one (1) individual parcel and will be sold for a Lump Sum, total dollar amount. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing, an appraisal or inspection.
