We are fairly easy to get along with and we outline our terms very clearly so there's no reason for any confusion. It makes Hulk angry when you start negotiating additional terms after winning lots in one of our auctions.

Here's a few greatest hits:

We will not ship via non-trackable "tape it to the back of a pigeon" methods for expensive items. Items over $100 ship insured, and anything over $250 requires signature confirmation of delivery. We assume you want everything to arrive safely and in one piece, and so do we. This is, unfortunately, sometimes expensive, but we are not in charge of FEDEX and USPS shipping rates. We have no hidden "per lot" fees and we will always do our best to find the best balance between being cost effective and ensuring the item arrives safely.

We have heard from a lot of Canadian bidders asking us to avoid shipping with FEDEX due to some problems it causes. You got it! We will always go with USPS First Class or Priority International when shipping to Canada.

We’re happy to save items for local pick-up, but new customers or occasional visitors have to get in touch ASAP after the auction to ensure their items are set aside. Regular locals must make arrangements for pick-up within seven days of invoicing or items will be shipped.
If you bid on this rules “lot”, we will charge your card for it (and possibly send you a printout of the stop sign clip art).

Gold Plated Nichols Stallion 45 MII Cap Gun W/ Box

A complete Nichols Stallion 45 Mark II toy cap gun in a gold finish that comes in original box with blue grips, extra pearl grips and bullets. Cap gun measures approximately 12 3/4" from barrel to grip. The hammer and trigger both function. The current grips are loose due to the screw. Bullets no longer smoke. Overall, the cap gun is in great visual condition however, light surface scratches are present and gold finish is starting to wear. An antique 1876 Centennial Cap gun by Stevens, made to celebrate the centennial mark since the passing the Declaration of Independence in 1776. Gun measures approximately 5" in length. Trigger does not seem to function and a small piece of the hammer has broken off but is contained. Cap gun is in good visual condition with some light surface scratches. Two vintage Actoy Spitfire toy cap guns. Both cap gun measures about 9" from barrel to grip for size reference. The hammer and trigger on both of the cap guns seems to properly function. Overall, both cap guns are in good visual condition, however, build-up and storage wear such as surface scratching are present. All cap guns are assumed to have been fired. A vintage 1954 Hubley Atomic Disintegrator cap gun. Cap gun measures about 7 1/2" from barrel to grip. The hammer and trigger seems to function properly. Overall, the cap gun is in good visual condition however, light rusting and signs of storage wear such as surface scratching are present. The cap compartment appears to be in beautiful visual condition with minor portions of rust on the compartment's cover. Additionally the grips are slightly loose.
