32.3 Tillable – Currently in grass. The Tract 1, where we will hold the sale, is currently in a CRP contract that will expire on September 30th and may be mowed and baled some time in October. There is no CRP contract in place for 2023. Tract 1 has been in the Johnson Family over 150 years. Utilities & Water: There are currently no utilities on either tract however Rural Water District #2 and Green Hills Electric Utilities may be accessed from HWY DD and Ballard Rd. as well as East 132 ND St. bordering the South side of Tract 2. Possession on Tract 1 will be granted at closing, unless other arrangements are made between the Buyer and the seller. Note: The Tract 1 has a steel cover over 2 wells and Tract 2 has a wooden cover of old railroad ties over a well just west of where the old hog operation set.
