Tract 1 Lot #1 (Sale Order 1 of 2) 32.3 Tillable – Currently in grass. The Tract 1, where we will hold the sale, is currently in a CRP contract that will expire on September 30th and may be mowed and baled some time in October. There is no CRP contract in place for 2023. Tract 1 has been in the Johnson Family over 150 years.
