We are fairly easy to get along with and we outline our terms very clearly so there's no reason for any confusion. It makes Hulk angry when you start negotiating additional terms after winning lots in one of our auctions.

Here's a few greatest hits:

We will not ship via non-trackable "tape it to the back of a pigeon" methods for expensive items. Items over $100 ship insured, and anything over $250 requires signature confirmation of delivery. We assume you want everything to arrive safely and in one piece, and so do we. This is, unfortunately, sometimes expensive, but we are not in charge of FEDEX and USPS shipping rates. We have no hidden "per lot" fees and we will always do our best to find the best balance between being cost effective and ensuring the item arrives safely.

We have heard from a lot of Canadian bidders asking us to avoid shipping with FEDEX due to some problems it causes. You got it! We will always go with USPS First Class or Priority International when shipping to Canada.

We’re happy to save items for local pick-up, but new customers or occasional visitors have to get in touch ASAP after the auction to ensure their items are set aside. Regular locals must make arrangements for pick-up within seven days of invoicing or items will be shipped.
If you bid on this rules “lot”, we will charge your card for it (and possibly send you a printout of the stop sign clip art).

Premium example of amateur comics from the Sixties! Bill Spicer, editor. Historic significance and features of Fantasy Illustrated #4: While Richard Kyle initially coined the terms "graphic story" and "graphic novel" in Capa-Alpha #2 (November, 1964), Capa-Alpha was only available to members of the APA and was extremely limited in circulation (less than 50 copies). Thus, Richard Kyle's Graphic Story Review column is the 1st public coining and explanation of the terms to general comicdom, a significant event! The issue also features one of Jeff Jones' 1st published strips, KU: Primordial, a Tor-like hero. This issue was also the 1st (and last) Fantasy Illustrated to feature super-hero strips: Buddy Saunders provides the Patriot while Bill DuBay drew Dreamsman and Lucky (both written by Steve Perrin). Excellent back cover by Jim Jones, plus letters from soon to be pro Doug Moench, super sci-fi fan/writer Alex Eisenstein, artist Landon Chesney, and fan legends Fred Patten and Bob Butts. This 300 lot auction session boasts just over 300 lots celebrating those beloved pastimes. That includes a ton of great U.S. comics including key issues, runs, sets, CGC grades, and more! More into plastic than paper? the Lord of the Rings and McFarlane Toys Spawn action figures have got you covered. Gamers will want to give the the lots of classic video game mags a close look, as they offer a fascinating snapshot into video game history. We've also got a whole pile of Anime on DVD and blu ray, all official American releases, including a LOT of complete series. We also have a bunch of tankobon, primarily vintage specimens in the original Japanese but with a few American releases as well. That selection is garnished with Yu-Gi-Oh cards, Final Fantasy replica jewelry, anime art books, and special edition collectible goodies (t-shirts, figurines, art cards, etc). For local bidders, lots may be picked up starting at 12pm noon on Monday, October 31, 2022. For everyone else, shipping costs will be assessed and shipments will start going out later that day.
