Refundable Clean-Out Deposit Required for Each Unit. A $100 Deposit will be charged for each Unit purchased at the time of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. These Terms are Specific for Delinquent Storage Auctions: A $100.00 deposit will be added to your bid in order to ensure the unit is completely emptied. Unit must be ‘swept clean.’ NO trash may be thrown in Auction Solutions, Inc’s dumpster. It's your responsibility to remove all trash from the property. Once a Auction Solutions Staff has inspected and approved the clean out, the credit card used to purchase the unit will be credited for the deposit. Failure to clean out the unit within 5-Days from Pickup Date, or have a Auction Solution Staff inspect the Pod will result in a loss of the $100.00 deposit and potential barring from bidding at future auctions. The following additional terms apply to - Firearms, Alcohol and Titled Vehicles found in Storage Units: Firearms - NO FIREARMS ARE TO BE SOLD; IMMEDIATELY UPON DISCOVERY, ALL Firearms should be turned in to management for further investigation by the authorities. Alcohol - Buyer must be 21 years of age or over with valid photo I.D., and must sign an affidavit that the purchased alcohol is for personal use only and will not be resold. Titled Vehicles - Any and All vehicles discovered shall be set aside until they can be verified that there are no liens or encumbrances against that vehicle (clear title).
