SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: This On-Line Only Auction is being held at our NEW Location at 185 N Hetzler Ct in Angola IN. There will be no transport to and from the other auction locations, pick for this auction will be at this address only or we can ship product via the terms and conditions.
All Items are and Considered "AS IS" per normal auction rules.
This auction has both New and Used Items for you to review, and LEGOS ARE BACK!! We have some new things from Target including clothes and furniture in this auction as well tons of Pet supplies, and tons of kids toys and Baby Items, with something for everyone make sure you watch all the way to the end of this BIG Sale. SOME OF THE ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPABLE SO PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTIONS and PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS for this auction before you buy! If you have any questions please contact auction Manager Aaron at 260-229-8949. The pick up and payment window for this auction will be Tues. Dec. 27th from 3:00-6:00pm and Wed. Dec. 28th from 7:30-10am 185 N Hetzler Ct Angola, IN 46703. There are NO OTHER pick ups for this auction so please plan accordingly or contact me before you bid if pick up times will be an issue. You are expected to pick up and pay for your items during the times listed above. If you have not done so or have not made other arrangements with the auction staff within 24 hours of the final pick up window, your credit card on file at Proxibid will be charged for the product and all other fees associated with the auction. If you have not picked up your items within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction, then your items will be sold for storage fees and 100% of the proceeds will go to the auction company.
If you are a customer from outside a 2 hour travel time from the auction site and you wish to pick up your items rather than have them shipped, you must contact the auction staff before the auction or within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction to notify us of your pick up intentions or it will be assumed you want us to ship them.
If you are a customer who requires shipping, your items will be packed and shipped via FedEx 2 Day. Product will be shipped to the shipping address on file with Proxibid, unless you notify the auction company within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction. There is no additional fee for packing your items if they are small enough to ship Fed Ex, we charge you what they charge us. We will bill your card on file with Proxibid for your shipping and product within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction unless you notify us of other intentions prior to the auction. If your purchase is too large to ship Fed Ex Express, we will take it to a 3rd party shipping company to have it shipped and bill your card for those packing and shipping fees once we are invoiced by them. If you refuse shipment you will still be expected to pay for the items and shipping fees.
Once You register to Bid and Receive a Paddle ID from Proxibid You are entering into a contract to adhere to these and all terms and conditions listed for this auction.
Payment in the form of Cash, Check or Credit Card is expected at or before time of pick up
