OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. See each lot description for shipping options and costs (listed shipping costs include insurance up to $600 - additional insurance will be extra, and costs $1.80 per $100 of valuation). Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before you bid! We cannot ship guns directly to California C&R holders. Ammunition sold to California residents must be shipped to a licensed dealer. No international shipping. No Ammo shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Guns shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be extra charge (call for quote).

LOCAL BUYERS: Pickup date is Thursday, January 19, 2023, from 9 AM until 1 PM at our office in Westfield Twp. (Seville), OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment (within 3 business days after the auction, please). All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS background check. Ohio residents will have the option of paying CASH during the pickup time for a 5% discount. If you don't pay cash during the scheduled pickup time, then your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location).

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING!

Due to recent changes in UPS and FedEx Firearms Shipping Policies, we can ONLY ship firearms through USPS.

Shipping cost for Long Guns is $50. Shipping Cost for Handguns is $30. We will combine shipping cost on firearms as much as possible, but doing so requires that they are able to fit in the same box. We will no longer be purchasing extra insurance through the carriers, due to the amount of hassle involved when trying to collect on a firearms-related claim. Shipments over $100 will be subject to a 3rd party firearms shipping policy. Damage claims will require that the gun is returned to us before the claim can be processed. Any refunds or payments for items lost/damage in shipping are subject to approval by our 3rd party insurer.

Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your state. We need a copy of your preferred dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the firearm. It can be emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com or faxed to (330) 266-2472. We cannot ship firearms directly to California C&R Holders (licensed DEALER only). Other than California, we are happy to ship C&R eligible guns directly to C&R holders.

All ammunition will continue to be shipped via UPS Ground. Accessories will be either shipped by USPS Priority or UPS Ground. See listed shipping cost for ammo and accessories in the item descriptions. All shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be extra cost....contact us before bidding for a quote.

"NO SHIPPING" Means exactly that. Do Not bid on "NO SHIPPING" items unless you will be picking them up in person at our office in Seville, OH during our scheduled checkout time (the day after the auction ends). If you mistakenly bid on a "NO SHIPPING" item, then you will need to contact Proxibid Customer Service immediately to request a bid retraction. Do not call or email us to request a bid retraction....this is not something that we are able to do. It must be done directly through Proxibid! No refunds will be issued for out of state buyers who mistakenly purchase a "NO SHIPPING" item. Ruger New Model Blackhawk .30 Carbine single action revolver. 7.5" barrel. This was originally a blued steel revolver (NOT STAINLESS), which has been polished down to steel "in the white". Grip Frame and ejector rod housing have been changed out to stainless steel (originally aluminum). Rear sight and front sight have been painted with silver paint. Very unusual .30 Carbine Blackhawk - probably the only one of its kind. Very Good condition - near 95% overall. Stock has nicks, scratches, and a hole drilled in the left side near the butt. "Fire" and "Safe" indicator buttons are missing. Buttplate has had screws replaced, and is loose. Barrel and receiver have blue loss and freckling. Previous owner's SSN has been etched into the left side of barrel and left side of folding forearm. Action seems to function correctly, and mechanical condition seems OK. Bore is very good - bright with excellent rifling. Local Pickup on Thurs. Late Addition: Antique Remington 1893 No. 3 12 gauge single shot shotgun. 30" barrel. Unusual top/side lever design. Top lever opens and closes the action; side lever cocks the internal hammer. Fair Condition. Receiver and barrel have been reblued. Remington Arms Stamp on top of barrel is still visible, but hard to see. Stock has some nicks and scratches, but no visible cracks. Lockup has a slight amount of wiggle, but not bad for a gun of this age. Side lever appears to be missing a screw, but seems to function properly. Front sight bead is missing. Bore is rough, with some pitting. Choke is VERY open - measures out to CYL. on a bore gauge. Local Pickup on Thurs. Jan. 19 from 9 AM to 1 PM, or $50 shipping.
