liquidation auction of all items on the property.
The auction is set for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, January 13th-15th, 2023
beginning at 10am SHARP!

*Item Loadout Dates are FIRM:
Each Day of Sale until 2 hours after sale
Monday through Friday, January 16th-20th from 9am to 4:30pm
**These will be the only pickup days and everything MUST be removed by the 20th or it will be forfeited and there will be no refund given.**
Items will consist of Many Vintage Vehicles, Parts, Motors, Transmissions, the best vintage sign collection that we have come across, Vintage Cars and MUCH, MUCH MORE!!
**10% Buyer’s Premium for on-site bidders with Credit Card**
**8% Buyer’s Premium for on-site bidder paying with cash/check**
**12% Buyer’s Premium for any online platform bidders**
Buyers are responsible for pickup by 5:00 p.m. on January 20th, 2023 and are responsible for any shipping costs that are incurred. No refunds will be given for items not retrieved by this designated pick up time. $15 per day storage fees will be added after the final pick up date.
